Awful customer service
Placed order via Amazon Marketplace but item arrived too late so I returned it. I sent it via a tracked delivery!
Their policy states it’s up to ten days for a refund so I waited. Then on Thursday another of the same item randomly arrived at my address by courier - which I didn’t order and I rejected with the courier at the door and let the sender know thinking they’ve done a replacement rather than a refund. Contacted the company several times, they take days to respond, when they did they stated it takes 72 working hours to look into finding something in their warehouse, their phone line says they only work 9-1pm Mon - Fri so that’s a lot of days waiting !!
Then they said they actually hadn’t received my return! I sent it back on 27th November. I sent proof. Why would they randomly send a replacement if it hadn’t been received back?
All this whilst I’m still waiting to be refunded for the original purchase. It was causing me stress dealing with their incompetence and tardy responses so I said I would report them to trading standards and spoke to Amazon about them and Amazon kindly refunded me yesterday and they will be taking it up with them.
