V****n D****y is a con and total scam artist.
He and his totally inept team worked for 6 months on my project, but when I started to realise things were not going how we agreed in the initial specification and questioned some very basic coding errors & the many spelling mistakes throughout the coding, he literally disappeared and I never heard from him again.

The last thing he did, was make a 9 minute video (with no sound!!) demonstrating the confusing pile of crap he had created.

We had a Trello bored with tasks that he did, but there were problems with almost every single detail.

I booked him through Upwork, however he's cunning in the way he works, as he does not agree to work to a contract, he will not say anything that might be held against him, so be be VERY careful. ALWAYS ask for a written contract and DO NOT pay him in full - only pay him the full amount AFTER he has completed the entire project

He claims to be an 'Expert' in BuddyBoss, however when speaking to support at BuddyBoss they informed me that he used to work there and got FIRED because of his poor standard of work and some unscrupulous things - THIS SAYS IT ALL!

His response is a pack of lies. I sent countless emails to him, I tried calling, everything, but he didn't respond to a single one - he literally left without saying one word - he knew EXACTLY what he was doing.
I contacted Upwork and explained what happened, but because of how he managed the project on an hourly basis there was nothing I could do - so I stress DO NOT PAY HIM on an hourly basis - Pay once the project has been completed.
But his quality of work was terrible - so I highly recommend not using him and his shady team

Swift and expert coding by Kerit to apply a personalised display adjustment on the Reign Theme for a media plugin that was not fully supported at the moment.

I received a very nice answer just a few hours after I created a ticket. Funnily enough, the feature I had requested in my ticket had just been implemented and released, so Kerit asked me to update the LD Dashboard plugin. It all works as I had hoped for my use case. Maybe I wasn't the first to make this request, but the WBCOM team not only seems to provide fast and friendly support, but also really develops their products according to the needs of their customers. Thank you very much!

EDIT: I used this service for my first website update, but I will not again after they tried to get me to put another $1k retainer on file to resolve a simple issue; which after figuring it out myself, the plugin just needed to be updated.

I feel like they were able to see the back end of my store's finances and wanted to hustle me out of more money I didn't have.

Facebook forums have advised that I disconnect woocommerce-like plugins in the future if someone is working on my site.
