Do not buy from W B Shop
Do not buy from W B Shop. Really poor service. Be aware. I ordered two Kent shirts on the 25th July. They are supposed to take ten days to ship. It’s now day 14 and they haven’t given me an update. I have been in contact three times. The first time was a brush off. The second they misquoted their own order lead time and the third they apologised and said they would get more information from the manufacturer. That was three days ago. Apparently the manufacturer doesn’t respond very well. I am on the verge of cancelling the order because, from a big company like WB, I would expect better.
Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. I have been trying to get a few scratched discs replaced for months now.
They don't care for customers.
I pre-ordered 4 Funko Pops through WB Shop UK and once out of stock they cancelled 1 of them because "they couldn't take payment" even though they did for the other 3. Now I have a set 3 of 4 and they refuse to supply the 4th I PREORDERED. You should take payment at the time of the order, but that aside, just canceling a pre-order months later when the item is out of stock is ridiculous. This is why I pre-ordered it to ensure I got it. A customer can't guarantee the payment method is still valid whenever in the future you take payment. Nor if on that day there is still fund. That is why other retails let the customer know but DO NOT CANCEL THE PREORDER. So unprofessional how they treat customers.
All in all satisfied.
Waited a long time for the shirts I ordered, but love them. Bought for my husband and they were worth the wait. Took awhile for the order to actually ship but once it shipped it didn't take an overly long time. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the wait time. Would order from the WB Shop again in the future.
DVD does not work and WB acknowledges they "sometimes don't"
Bad experience. Ordered DVD a long while back (admittedly) but was shocked to hear not only would they not bend on the 30-day return policy (a challenge if you are a proactive shopper and do not want to open the gift before gifting it), but they confirmed "a lot of these archived movies do not play on certain DVD players." The CSR Mgr. could not give me a list of players I could possibly get it to work on... I was not asking for a refund, just a direct exchange - the CSR told me there was nobody at the entire customer service center with the ability to discuss... So, I cannot help but feel scammed. I am sure there are a lot of other people who have bought $22 gifts only to have them not work and be out due to the policy. Seems like a great way for WB to build a nice rev without having to deliver. I will not shop with them again.
