BEWARE of this company and the owner Thomas Hunt. They initially engaged with us after we placed an order with them however they insisted on the payment of a deposit and after the deposit was paid there was radio silence and they deliberately refused to respond to any calls, emails or letters.
BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!

Received a threat of violence from Thomas Hunt. He is the owner of WBS Ireland, Icebaths.ie and Icetubs.ie. I have audio from a recorded phone call of Thomas calling me up on a Saturday which was also filled with abusive language. To any moderator viewing this I can provide proof that my claim is accurate. Thomas is a thug pretending to be a businessman and seems to spend his day flagging negative reviews and complaining that he is understaffed and flooded with orders. Maybe he should flood himself with some manners and business etiquette.

Update: Thomas is continuing to harass me via text. Letting it happen to gather more evidence to take him to court. He keeps reading my reviews and lashing out.

Dreadful experience with this company. I was delivered the wrong product and when I tried to follow up they completely ignored me to the point that I lodged a claim through the Small Claims Court, which I successfully won. They continue to be uncooperative despite the judgement against them. Avoid like the plague!

This is a scam website-i find it unbelievable that the irish state allows this company to exist. they have been ripping customers off for many years now and seem to be allowed to continue to do so with impunity.

This is a scam, I wish I looked at the reviews before paying for the bins. that never arrived. I will contact the police but the webpage should be taken down as good people are losing their money.... Please do not trust this company it is a fraud.

One star is too much. Thomas Hunt is a con artist, promised a product, took a hefty deposit and then nothing. Promised delivery several times and failed to deliver, once the order is placed and deposit is paid he does not answer or reply to phone calls. Reported to the Gardai. He is also involved with IceBath.ie. Be very wary of this person. Fraudster

WBS bin cover /bike cover Thomas Hunt professional con artist. Avoid. I wish I read the previous reviews first. He took back substandard rubbish off my property saved me having to buy a skip and he would not give back the moneys paid all €1700 worth. Fraudulent man.

Don’t listen to the prior reviews, I think this company was brilliant - great product, delivered on time, no issues whatsoever - can’t understand the other reviews tbh. I love the shed they gave us (custom made!). Really professional service

Please don't ignore the bad reviews. I did and I've lived to regret it. It's bad enough that the bin shed wasn't the correct measurements and started falling apart within days, but even worse was the absolute contempt I experienced from the outright narcissist Thomas Hunt when I rang to complain. AVOID AVOID AVOID. This company reminds you that there are some terrible people in our midst. I always thought that bad reviews were left by unreasonable people but god have I learned a very hard lesson. Don't ignore the bad reviews because they're all real. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Lost almost €1000 and still reeling from the way that narcissist spoke to me.

Horrendous quality. Ignoring calls and messages to fix issues or refund. Unit falling apart.

Scam company - have applied to our bank for charge back for goods not delivered. Interestingly - they’ve upped their activity in the last 24 hours on Instagram - I wonder why!? Avoid avoid avoid.

Likely a Scam company - please note other reviews and beware. A lot of similarities with Binshed.ie who have scammed me out of 900 euro. I asked the company if they were in any way connected and they said no, yet both companies have similar reviews, processes and even on Google their businesses are located 5 min from eachother and same copy paste descriptions.. conveniently both Now saying they’re cash on delivery but that will soon change back to taking payments off unsuspecting people

Unfortunately I have fallen victim to this scammer ! he is not at the address on the website or on google search (he has left) very quick to respond to texts up until you pay and once the funds have been paid that's it , ghosted ! Doesn't answer emails , txts or calls , complete con man!
Hopefully anyone else will read the online reviews instead of their website !

Scammers- avoid. That simple. They delete any negative reviews from their social media so buyers beware. Paid £600 in march 22 then all communications stopped. No delivery and no refund despite both being promised.

Had posted this review on Google but I see all Google reviews have been removed. Awful experience. Paid for my product in March 2022. Several missed delivery dates, very little or no response to multiple phone calls and texts. A request for a refund in July went unanswered and I had to process a charge back through my bank. Please avoid

Missed three agreed delivery dates. When I cancelled they said it would take seven days to process the refund. Three weeks later I have not received my money back and am chasing for an answer.

Would give zero stars if possible. Con men 100%. Robbing people blind and if you don’t have the facility or wherewithal to pursue them, good riddance to your money. They’ve also now erased Google reviews in order to keep the public from recognising a scam.
Placed order Summer 2021. Paid in full. Had to chase down for updates, only to be told they had a delay on timber supply, etc. etc. EVERY TIME.

8 months later and still no product.

Stay far away from this crowd and warn your neighbours to as well.

Update: they delete comments/reviews from their Facebook page, so hopefully that will not happen here.

Update 2: had to resort to court proceedings to try to get money returned. No luck yet.

Unbelievably disappointing experience. As soon as you pay, the customer support stops. Our promised delivery/install dates will not be honoured, and they can't give an alternative date - and it took multiple emails and follow ups to learn that this was the case. I've requested a refund but am yet to see it.

Our experience with this company has been woeful. I understand there might be difficulties in getting supplies but the lack of communication from the company was simply not acceptable.

Our order, after much chasing was subsequently pushed out until 2021, which we said was not acceptable and asked for a refund. Despite various phone calls, which went unanswered, voicemails, emails, tweets and FB messages we failed to get a sufficient response and got our credit card company involved, who have now clawed back the money for us.

They couldn't respond to our correspondence yet they had the time to delete Facebook comments advocating best way to retrieve money back for other customers.

They proclaim "Wheelie Bin Storage Ireland is providing excellent customer support to his customers. We believe our customers are more valuable for us."

The above statement does not in any shape or form tally up with the service extended to us. If they define excellent customer service as avoiding contact with clients and disregarding requests then they won't last very long.
