The worst experience ever!

I have booked a basic ticket for one event in October 2023 and later changed my mind to a premium ticket, which I have also booked. Have never received a refund for the basic ticke despite sending the request to them multiple times.

Additionally, the tape form the event was never provided to the company of the speaker, which means we, the participants, did not receive it either.

These people are scammers. Don’t host your events with them because they don’t deliver on their promises. Their focus on money overshadows the commitment to provide genuine services. You should change the name in “we are scammers”, that’d be more honest.

I ran a workshop during the 7th edition of the Ufology Congress in Barcelona, but it was a disaster. They looked like amateurs. They placed the people who run the workshops in a hall that was away from the people visiting the main speakers. In reality, We Are Love only looked after the main speaker. They also booked the organised congress during a weekend when there were a lot of free festivals in Barcelona, so most people were outside enjoying the festivities.
They promised professional filming and translation of the workshop. I wouldn't call a professional to record the workshop on a phone with a wireless microphone. And for the simultaneous translation. I wouldn't call it professional having a single translator sitting next to the English speaker. I was lucky I only had an English speaker. I had to translate for a Dutch man into English because the translator already had 3 people with him!
And the list goes on, they said I would have a 1 sqm of market space. The so-called market space was unorganised, I had seen boot car sales more organised than their market!
We all complained and spoke with the big boss, who decided to use the shamanic rhetoric of "We are sharing our medicine, so even if one person benefits we have done the job." Well, We Are Love is also sharing their medicine and in my case, it was toxic!
They haven't even bothered to reply to my emails asking for the recording of my workshop.

But the advice is to stay away from We Are Love, not that much!

Dirigí un taller durante la 7ª edición del Congreso de Ufología en Barcelona, pero fue un desastre. Parecían aficionados. Colocaron a las personas que impartían los talleres en una sala alejada de las personas que visitaban a los oradores principales. En realidad, We Are Love solo se ocupó del orador principal. También reservaron el congreso organizado durante un fin de semana en el que había muchos festivales gratuitos en Barcelona, por lo que la mayoría de la gente estaba afuera disfrutando de las festividades.
Prometieron filmación profesional y traducción del taller. No llamaría a un profesional para grabar el taller en un teléfono con micrófono inalámbrico. Y para la traducción simultánea. No lo llamaría profesional tener un solo traductor sentado al lado del hablante de inglés. Tuve suerte de tener solo un hablante de inglés. ¡Tuve que traducir para un holandés al inglés porque el traductor ya tenía 3 personas con él!
Y la lista continúa, dijeron que tendría 1 m2 de espacio de mercado. El llamado espacio de mercado estaba desorganizado, ¡había visto que las ventas de coches de maletero estaban más organizadas que su mercado!
Todos nos quejamos y hablamos con el gran jefe, quien decidió usar la retórica chamánica de "Estamos compartiendo nuestra medicina, así que incluso si una persona se beneficia, nosotros hemos hecho el trabajo". Bueno, We Are Love también comparte su medicina y en mi caso, ¡fue tóxica!
Ni siquiera se han molestado en responder a mis correos electrónicos pidiendo la grabación de mi taller.

Pero el consejo es que os alejéis de We Are Love, ¡no tanto!
