Good value and a decent product
I found the prices competitive for my door, and the whole process went to schedule, the only delays were the result my own work patterns and not the company’s. The work was done quickly and with little mess. The house feels warmer too now. The door itself looks exactly as described and fits in with my existing windows. Will certainly give them a call when I come to change my front door.

Great experience and Great aftercare
This is the second time I purchased a door from we do doors and both experiences have been great. The last door I purchased was 2 years ago now and I have had no issues with the fitting or quality of the door. One of the door drip guard rubber edges went missing recently (no idea what happened) and I contacted we do doors, trying to source a replacement. They sourced it directly from the manufacturer and sent it to me free of charge. They even called me a few days later to make sure everything fit OK. Great aftercare, as a lot of other companies would probably fob you off.

If I am honest, it was the price that was attractive, because after shopping around,they were very good value
..The engineer, Matthew was very skilled and efficient at his job and took old door and rubbish away,no messing.
We waited a while,but mainly because of Christmas, but it was worth it!

Wouldn’t recommend. I had a bad experience with this company. The quote I was provided with was not honest in the fact it clearly states no deposit or money would be taken until the work was completed. This was a huge bonus for me and the price was competitive so I really wanted to go ahead however when they didn’t get back to me when I requested a survey and then when I had to chase them they tried to add extras onto the quote and said they needed a deposit before a survey could be done and then another 20% on top of that despite me having it in writing that nothing would be charged until the job was completed. I think they need to rectify this as it is very misleading as someone else has mentioned below. It has now put me off using the company.

Having read your review, we are lost for words as to why you have you feel you have had a bad experience.
When receiving your initial enquiry, our team attempted to contact you straight away, as we do with all customers. However, you advised the phone number you provided was not genuine, and you could only be contacted by email.
During email discussions with you, we advised you that due to misuse of our “No deposit” policy, we had no alternative but to change this policy and start to take a deposit. During these discussions with you, two instances of the words “No deposit” were still present on our website of over 120,000 pages, and were being removed as part of a process which you were advised.
This was a simple explanation to a simple issue that was in the process of being addressed. Rather than accepting that our company was doing what was required to stop us being exploited, you instead posted online on several platforms extremely harmful and damaging content to the point you were banned from using Trustpilot due to mis-use and breaching their guidelines.
Your comments included that we were running a scam, our website was not legitimate, we were running a non-registered company, our almost 3000 reviews were fake, and worst of all, and in your words, you quoted that anyone reading our reviews “Need their heads read”.
Joanne, we will always, and have always been transparent with all our customers, and solely exist to provide the best service to our customers that is physically possible. We may miss the mark on the very odd occasion, but in this case, we could not have been anymore upfront if we tried.
Were just deeply saddened that you went to such lengths as to contact the Watchdog, Martin Lewis, and Trading standards whom none of the aforementioned have been in touch, and for good reason. And all of this for advising you of a change of policy?

From first contact with the company, we experienced an excellent service. We were given a clear explanations of the options available and answers to our questions to enable us to choose the most suitable door for our circumstances. Poor quality front door and long resolution time
I ordered a front door for my rental property and consequently had to pay in advance. When the door was delivered the quality and finish was defective. It took numerous calls and e-mails to We Do Doors to have this resolved, eventually after nearly a year of e-mails and calls with We Do Doors, the problem was rectified.
During the course of the year the internal handle deteriorated and had had to be replaced and the trim has come off the phalange at the bottom of the door. I would strongly recommend you don't use this company as the quality of their product is very poor and the resolution time for any complaints is very long.

We are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, however, we feel it is important to provide clarity for anyone reading your review. The issue initially reported was related to cosmetic damage, rather than a functional or structural defect with the door itself. A repair was attempted promptly, and when this was not satisfactory, a replacement panel was agreed.
Unfortunately, during this period the original panel manufacturer unexpectedly ceased trading. While we offered alternative options, you chose to wait for the same design to become available. This contributed to the extended timescale, which we acknowledge and apologised for, but was outside of our direct control.
Following the panel replacement, a further issue was reported with the internal handle. The damage appeared consistent with user related causes rather than product failure. Despite this, we replaced the handle. It was noted by our fitter that the weather bar at the bottom of the door was damaged (you refer to this as trim). Your tenant advised him that they suspected this was the postman. We tried to contact you following this visit, to advise of the damage and help, but were unable to reach you.
We respectfully disagree that our products are of poor quality, and as demonstrated in this case, we support our customers with aftercare and remedial work when issues arise.
Should you wish to discuss this further, we remain open to doing so and would welcome the opportunity to resolve any outstanding concerns.
