Main problem is that this company is not FENSA registered, so if you have a glazed door from them you will not get a certificate, which is something you need if you want to sell your house.

We are truly sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you received from us.
When the day comes to sell your property, you may be asked by your solicitor to produce what Is called a “Certificate of Compliance” if your door is more than 50% glass.
In is common for customers to refer to Fensa, as the belief is that Fensa are the only organisation that can provide a certificate if required.
As it stands, multiple organisations can issue the required certificate if needed, with the most common being local councils.
As for our doors, and even if they don’t have 50% or more glass, they are manufactured & installed to meet the strict building standards code that ensure they comply to modern standards.

Provided a quote that was 1/2 of other providers. Provided a clear impression of timescales and updates on progress through manufacturing and QC process. Local fitter was quick, thorough and clean. So far have had no issues!

Wow Andy was so helpful - I phoned to see if he could match some paint for a scratch on my front door. Andy sourced the paint colour for me and sent it out promptly. He was very pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. It’s so rare to have such good customer service these days and to speak to a human being. Definitely a 5 star experience. Will cause you so much stress do not use them. Was not great at all and the managing director doesnt care at all. Will say your not using the door correctly to justify their rubbish door. Just a sales based company with not so good doors we had many issues and second door fitted still the same i had to say the door was working for them to compensate me. Just to be rid of them. Absaloute joke. Dont use them please for your own saftey.

We strongly dispute the claims made in your review and feel it is important to clarify the situation.
From the outset, you made dealing with you almost impossible.
We have been clear that the priority is to ensure your door was functioning as it should, but you became fixated on compensation to the point of making ludicrous demands.
Following your request to speak with our Managing Director, they contacted you the next morning and spent 45 minutes discussing your concerns in detail, while you laughed at them. It is therefore simply incorrect to suggest that they “do not care”.
As a company, we took your claim seriously when you advised us that your door did not work properly after repair. We had our engineer attend your home to find that your door was actually working perfectly, and were given a demonstration in its proper use.
To address your comment " I had to say that your door was working for them to compensate me". This clearly demonstrates your motive. As the very video that you sent claiming a dysfunctional door which requires two hands to operate, was filmed when you had your phone in one of them.
Over the last few months our team have endured multiple calls and emails from you, ranging from lying about promises made by our sales team, to calling multiple times in a short space of time demanding to be given compensation, and accusing staff of being rude to you. You even expected to know when our staff members were not at work.
Our team of 25 are dedicated to providing the best service we can possibly give, and have been nothing but polite and helpful to you, despite the way you behaved.
We stand by the quality of our doors and the service provided, and do not accept the characterisation presented in your review.
