They Answer the phone almost immediately, and don’t treat you as if your still waiting for your O level results.
They also (so far) haven’t tried to hard sell anything other than E mails, which are helpful.

I've made a couple of VCT investments…
I've made a couple of VCT investments via WealthClub as well as a number directly with VCTs.
The service is good and I appear to get a better deal in terms of costs....so I'll continue via WC.

Wealth Club provide good support. They reply to queries promptly. Information about holdings is provided clearly. That's in addition, of course, to the main point of using them - their providing access to investment opportunities that retail investors do not easily get elsewhere.
