A lot of reviews about scams on social…

A lot of reviews about scams on social media. I bought a mini course and product list. Definitely not worth $100. There was no mini course involved just a product list. Had a dm convo with college kid and she kept asking me the same questions like a copy and paste script to everyone. Didn’t feel like the plan was trustworthy.

Please Provide Courses With Immediate Download

The owner, Christianna personally responds in a timely manner. That's much appreciated and deserves 5 stars. However, I am unhappy with how her online courses are managed. Purchases made over the weekend, are not available for immediate download, as staff works M-F. Shouldn't this be automated? I purchased the eBay Mini Course on Friday night and have to wait until Monday to gain access. That's not a good customer experience. Plus, I work long hours during the weekday, which is why I purchased it on Friday to have an opportunity to review it over the weekend. For this delay, I'm rating this experience a 3.5-4. Nevertheless, I am anxiously awaiting for the material. Christianna provides substantive information and engages with her audience on social media. There are quite a few students that have gained financial success under her guidance.

I have been working with this company a…

I have been working with this company a little over a year now, February of 2022 i decided that i wanted to invest and was interested in a eBay automation store, i took out a loan of about 7k and spent it all on the store, i did everything i was told and complied without any problems, i was told i would make my initial investment within weeks and even a few extra $500-3k a month but I’ve only made $500 in a year ! Communication with them is horrible they reply days later and give you excuses after excuses. I’ve also voiced my concerns multiple times and nothing has been done, i always try to speak with christianna about my concerns as well and all she ever tells me is to contact the team on slack, so communication with her isn’t good either. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the performance of this store. I obviously don’t expect to make 10k a month off of eBay especially starting off in a year but the fact that I’ve made only 500 dollars in a year is insane to me, i Also understand they went through a period of time where they had to hire completely new staff but i still feel like the store at this point is going no where it was a waste of my money and time, i would just like a refund. I was unfortunately only put into debt with this company and haven’t made any passive income like how i expected and was told.

My review is based on my experience and…

My review is based on my experience and yes I do have evidence to back up everything that will be discussed.

Yes, my EBay store was set up. However, it was only online for less than a month before I decided things were not working out.

The communication and customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE.

I only sold two products altogether from two different customers. One of those customers messaged the EBay inbox and said he had received the incorrect product in the past. He wanted to ensure this would not happen again. I made the main point of contact (Joe) aware of this and he ensured the customer, the correct product would get sent. Once the customer received the product, he sent another message on eBay stating the incorrect product was sent.

I sent a message on Slack letting the “team” know what was happening with the customer along with questions I had about some charges and I did not receive a response. Eventually I contacted Christianna on IG and I asked her if the main point of contact was in the office. She replied yes he has been in the office all week. She requested me to send another message on Slack, which I did. On day 6, I sent another response on chat and the person finally responded. He told me he just got back in the office on Thursday and had a long day of onboarding. Before he left the office, he answered 2 of my questions, but had not responded to the customer.

I’m not sure why Christianna would lie about the main point of contact being in the office.

The main point of contact finally responded to the client 7 days later. When asked about charges relating to the shipping labels, he let me know their “team” messed up.

There was nothing automated about the store. I had to tell the main point of contact that I received an order. He had to “reconnect” the eBay store to Amazon so he can get notified when I got orders, which ended up being only 2.

There was absolutely no urgency from Christianna or the main point of contact, Joe.

I didn’t make any profit. I wish I had done some research prior to paying for the eBay store. However, I know God has my back. He sits high and looks low.

UPDATE:
The business flagged my review as being fraudulent when in actuality, they knew everything I said was facts. I had to send documents to TrustPilot to verify my experience, which is why my review has been marked as verified.

Although I was told a refund would be given in their response to my review, the company has lied once again. They refuse to provide me with my refund.

Please do your research before doing business with this company.

I want to preface this by pointing out…

I want to preface this by pointing out that value of information, was top tier-no fluff. Which is why I wanted to rate this 5/5. However, there were a few things that pulled this ranking. I'm giving the "live webinar" (on 6/7) 3 out of 5 stars. To be clear this is only regarding the live webinar . The viewing experience suffered due to it being pre-recorded, which prevented an opportunity for Q&A. Especially, sine the expectation was understood that it would be live. Secondly, this is also due to poor sound & internet connection instability.
