Not even one month passed since I bought those shoes and l've noticed they aren't good quality for the price I've paid and of course they rushed to sent them back. What I regret is I didn't took pics of how l've send them vs their horrible VGA photos. I guess is their motto to reject how many people they can ...
Today I experienced very unprofessional and rude attitude from worker in this shop , let me explain ..I purchased a working shoes Albatros , when I tried them I notice they are a bit too small so after 30 minutes of wearing them in the work I decide to give up and bring them back to the shop to change them for other size or model…worker behind the kasa laughed me out with words that they are very dirty and that everybody can do that to wear the shoes a bring them back and expect get new one even her second colleague was looking at her with weird face like what the hell is she talking about by the way the shoes looked absolutely new only the bottom was used due to walking (I walked in them around 30 minutes in the clean warehouse) which is normal I guess so now I have at home shoes in value 100€ and I cannot do nothing with them so tell me….i order a shoes and when they are small I can’t return them? I even don’t ask for money back I just wanted different size or model !!! terrible service and I don’t recommend to no one buy something here and I suggest relearning your workers because this is not how customer supposed to be treated…
