I bought several EGO suits due 2 their nice prints. But alas! My tailor rejected 🙅🏻‍♀️ b’cos shirt piece is insufficient . Designing is limited with narrow width. Lousy brands n sellers with double width are fraud!! Brands like Sapphire n Crossstitch r best - they give 3metre shirt. Also EGO lawn fabric is very thin so beware buying light colours. Refund/return not allowed on sale items. Hmm at such prices better buy unstitch open roll fabric !!

Poor communication with customers and if you have size issue they don't care and even they don't bother your problem. Alot of size issue

You may think that you're buying a high-end product but the quality is below third class. Don't waste your hard earned rupees on this! Go for reputed brands like Nishat, Outfitters, and so on. In photos they will show you something that may well look like it's a luxury brand - what you can get however is beyond ridiculous. Also, their sizes are way off! What a waste of money! So annoyed with myself that I ordered from them. Total rip-off!

They write something else and give something else..

Unstitched collection color fade out too quickly have bad experience

The pathetic experience at their store.
I have purchased a dress then I need to exchange it with another within an hour, I again went to the store and exchanged it after that, sales man denied to return my remaining amount.

Although the remaining amount was only 150 but it was mine.

Their call center were not even helping.

These 2 penny brands considers themselves as Gucci or prada.

I have purchased 2 dresses from EGO but this company customer service agent has a ego that don't want to listen anyone just trying to there things in table.
The complaint is from 2 dresses 1 dress color was not that which saw online while purchasing so I asked to take back and I need other dress which I will choose but they said non refundable nor exchangable coz it's our policy sells items are not exchangable so called policies are hidden somewhere in there website and while purchasing I didn't read and the receipt they have sent nothing mentioned about so called policies.
This is a new scam in market so do not purchase anything from there store until unless read so called policies.
3rd class brand says we have options you can get refund or exchange.
Those brands are way better than this so called EGO they are really egos

What you recieve is very different what is shown in the picture .it’s just the matter of fair deal , not hard but people considered it OK doing it .

I ordered quite a few clothes from this site and it was delivered on time as they mentioned. The clothes prices are reasonable but size is definitely the issue. As per the size guide, XL chest is 42 but it is huge. I should have ordered medium instead. The other thing I didn't like is how they communicate. I felt the customer service people are a bit rude when they contact the customer. They definitely should improve their communication skill when they talk to customer as we pay for the service so we deserve sort of polite behavior. This is how the retailer can sell more.

I placed an order on 4th October and they took payment straight away. I received an email saying my order has been shipped but I haven't received it yet. Customer service firstly respond by asking for order number but then don't bother after that. I now have to raise a refund request with my CC company. Pakistan based company
