I was advised the item I ordered was out of stock - although it was in stock on website and they have taken full payment. I've tried numerous times to contact this company via email and telephone but no reponse as phone is not answered. I have requested a full refund but it seems to be falling on deaf ears. Do not trust this company
Ordered 2 pairs of shorts, which arrived super fast. I already knew they would fit as I own another pair in a different colour, so no need for returns. But, happy with service and price
Purchased a clothing item from this seller, there was plenty of communication about the item and possible other sales ,until item was returned as it didnt fit.
After I had posted, supplied tracking information and confirmation that the item was delivered, I tried several times to contact this seller via email.
I received no replies, it all went quiet on the suppliers side. Seems they were hoping that they would not have to refund me.
I had to take further action to receive a refund.
Wish I could have read a review like this before I dealt with this trader.
