Avoid. When I received the watch everything looked fine on the face of it. It wasn’t until a couple of days later I removed the plastic cover on the back and noticed that there where some small scratches on the back of the case. Then I discovered that on the underside of the lugs there where some terrible scratches like an ape had tried to install the strap. I sent pictures of this but they said the watch was in perfect condition when they compared it to the pictures they said they took before shipping it out during their “quality control”. I requested to see those pictures because I know the watch wasn’t in good condition when they shipped it because I just took it out of the box. But they just stopped replying my emails. I know that scratches will occur and is unavoidable but it is not normal on a brand new watch. In my experience the costumer service is good at first, but once the watch is paid for and shipped it is non existing.

first of all we thank you for your review, as the opinion of each individual customer is essential for us to improve our services more and more. That said, we also thank you for publicly showing the world what a STUPID man is like! Let's go by order: you ordered the watch on our site and paid with PayPal, we took the watch from our supplier, we checked it, we took the photos (which are absolutely private and are used to avoid complaints like these!) and shipped it to you in Sweden. You received the watch, you were satisfied and on August 10th you leave the following 5-star review on Trustpilot: "Very good service and buying experience". So so far so good. Then, after a few days, the surprise: you contact us stating that we have sent you a watch with the lugs all scratched, that you want another watch, that you want your money back and you also send us some photos, from which it is VERY clear that you tried to remove the bracelet and you caused damage to the lugs. At this point we have informed you that the European law on returns allows you to do this within 14 days, no more, but you can do it only if the watch does not work or has factory damage, not if you try to improvise a watchmaker and do some damage! Furthermore, we inform you that the comparison with our photos shows that the watch was absolutely perfect before being shipped, otherwise we would never have started it! At this point it is logical that our work and duty is finished, and what do you do? You decide to take revenge, delete the 5-star review and on 27/08 you publish this negative review ... Our company is very serious and well known in the world of luxury watches, because we work professionally and above all we meet the real needs of customers, not to fix their troubles! Now enjoy your Oris Divers Sixty-Five, we can only wish you good luck, because a person like you really needs it!

Concerning your order, a Baume & Mercier Classima (Ref. M0A10323), we want to clarify that the amount of EUR 729,00 that you have paid was on to Chrono24's bank account, not on ours. Plus, the offer reported the "yellow light", which meaned that the watch was not in our stock but in the stock of our AD. Delivery times of 3-4 weeks were respected, in fact the watch arrived and we sold it to another customer, and we always answered to your messages, also in the weekends. Wear The Time is one of the most reliable companies in the world of luxury watches, and we've always satisfied all our customers since 2017. We've sold hundreds of watches all around the world, and no one has never called us "cheaters", because we've also lost money to satisfy our customers. This year all companies of the world are having delays because of COVID-19, but it seems that you don't know it. We only wish you good luck for your purchase!
