The Roman blind itself was good but paid extra for the click2 fix system & it was useless !....would not hold the blind up so instead had to drill holes and screw into place....was a waste of money paying for the "simple" fixing system.

My recent experience with Web Blinds can only be described as utterly useless. I have been a customer in the past without issue, but this time certainly bucked that trend.
It would take me an age to go into full detail, so I’ll keep things brief!
I placed my order on 29th December and finally after numerous lost packages and 3 remakes, received my order on 17th March - near 3 months later. By this point, and umpteen empty promises, I’d given up any fight or any hope and was just desperate to get the blind up after using a temporary measure in a newly decorated bathroom. The blind is as expected, but the wand has arrived broken. By this point, I’m too exasperated to care and have put the blind up anyway - emailing customer services with the hope a replacement wand can be sent out quickly and without fuss.
You may ask why I waited so long and didn’t just shop elsewhere…. Trust me, I’ve questioned my own reasoning too! But when you are given promises and reassurance that all is being taken care of, you trust that a company with good reviews and personal good experience in the past will live up to expectations!

Ordered 2 top down, bottom up blinds of slightly different sizes to fit in window recesses. They arrived promptly, were exactly the right size and straight forward to fit (was able to avoid lintel when drilling fixing holes). Operation mechanism is very smooth. Really helps keep heat in the room and looks great.

Great blinds. Easy to fit and look good. Although I paid an extra £10 for 24 hour delivery that really means from dispatch. I ordered them on Wednesday they were dispatched on Friday I didn't get them til Monday. 5 days to arrive. Don't waste £10.

Customer service excellent and not only replied politely to my review but also refunded my extra postage costs. They have just earned their 5 stars back.

Great product and service, delivery was quicker than expected. Very easy to fit will use them again.
