Poor support. Only available via virtual chat bot or email ticket where they answer when they can be bothered. If your emails are down... good luck with that!

They keep changing their prices once you get a subscription, poor setting tool.for the pro plan ,I have been there for years but not for long

Webador's terms state that by registering a free domain name or connecting a custom domain, you agree to waive your right to withdraw from the subscription within the 14-day period.
I did not register a domain name or custom domain name
so this should not have triggered the waiver clause. ????

I decided to cancel my subscription because I was unable to use their software, their reply Was

This company were polite, but not interested in any refund of any kind, this left me with a 12 months upfront payment lost , and a lot of time wasted with this company , all in 3 days only of not being able to even use their website

They charged my for the whole year and my website is no longer available after 2 weeks. No contact no. and customer service is joke. Be aware of this company.

If you're looking for an alternative to Wordpress for your website, I would recommend using the website builder and hosting at Webador. The site builder has a good range of features and is easy to use, the templates are attractive and customisable, and the customer service has been very helpful and quick to respond. The prices are very reasonable too and include a domain name. I'm really pleased with the look of my new website at sandramorton.com (and it's great to be free of all those Wordpress plugins!).
