Am not happy with the connection the fiber doesn't connect properly it now not at all working the technician did not change the cable he used an old cable that was here in the house and said he will come back and change the cable tomorrow since it was late but never showed up since I've been waiting for him but nothing from him

Their service is very pathetic as I reported my wifi that was disconnected even though the payment was deducted on the 1st July … the only thing they keep on telling me is that they escalated th ed matter to the finance department of which I don’t know whether their finance team is lazy to do their work or they are undermining our concerns about their service delivery they provide to us….just imagine not having connection the whole weekend up to date and the is kids at home for school holidays with no tv…or web Africa is a disappointment…what makes me more frustrated they don’t even have a contact no where you can get hold of them…

My house was struck by lightning in September 2025 and my router was damaged in the process. I have been trying since then to get it replaced but to no avail. I speak to useless bots and when I get to speak to an agent online or a salesperson via the phone, no one gets back to me or comes out to replace the router. I was told yesterday by Craig that the matter will be escalated and a representative will call me in 2 hours. I'm still waiting for the call. I spoke to Mymoena this morning who told me a ticket had been logged in November last year, but no one contacted me or came out to replace the router. She said she will let her manager know and I will receive a call later today. If no one calls, I will need to explore legal action as I am paying for a service that I am not receiving.

The time from initiation till connection took 3 weeks which is extremely long, not to mention the poor communication methods, but nonetheless, they were very helpful and now I’m finally connected

Easy and efficient !
The guys came to install and even though it was my fault as to why they couldn’t complete the first time someone would immediately call me to get this resolved at another time.
Finally sorted today thank you so much for your patience !

They came in agreed time to install, I didn't have to wait or call to ask their whereabouts. No damage to my property. I did not struggle to connect, everything was smooth. The staff was professional and friendly.

If I could give WebAfrica zero stars, I would.
I’ve officially been without internet for 17 days. Funny enough, when it’s time to sign you up and install your line, everything happens at lightning speed. But the moment you’re a paying customer and something goes wrong, you’re completely on your own.
For the last 7 consecutive days, I’ve been told my issue has been “escalated” and marked as “urgent.” By who? WhatsApp agents who don’t even have direct access to technicians. Their entire job seems to be sending an email and telling you someone will get back to you. Then… nothing.
To make matters worse, technical support is only available via WhatsApp. You can’t pick up the phone and speak to a technician. You can’t call someone to explain what’s happening. You just sit there, day after day, waiting while receiving the same copy-and-paste responses.
I’m a new customer, and I’ve already spent more days without internet than with it. Think about that.
I was warned about WebAfrica before signing up, and I didn’t listen. I even made a bet with my friends on how long it would take them to fix my connection. My money is on one month at this point—and honestly, I’m starting to think I might win.
If you value responsive customer service, accountability, and a company that actually takes its paying customers seriously when things go wrong, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere before choosing WebAfrica.
Signing up is easy. Getting support when you actually need it? That’s a completely different story.

With webafrica, I signed up for 10 Mbps, and for the past 4 months, if not more, I've been given 1 Mbps or less; it is a real letdown.

PATHETIC
I only give 1 star because I cannot give 0 stars.
They are absolutely horrible. The service is shockingly awful! Pathetic! I am waiting on their “easy peasy” support system on the app for half an hour every time they transfer me. Last time I waited a full hour before just giving up. I wanted a simple upgrade!! That’s it. All the people assisting (if you can call it that) were incompetent. I have been transferred sooo many times just for a simple upgrade. It’s ridiculous honestly!
PATHETIC!
