Ordering on the webite was very simple and initial comms seemed okay. I got an e-mail telling me it was being processed and another one when it was dispatched. It was all radio silence from there: the "tracking" link did not have any tracking info, and they did not reply to my e-mail, so I lost all hope as days went by. However, prints arrived after 12 days and I am very happy with the quality. Price was much more competitive than other UK alternatives, so I would use them again if time is not a key factor.

Useless, it's been a month still no delivery arrived. Then finally I get an email from Royal Mail saying they can't deliver it and that it's being returend to sender. Wasted money and time.

This company is very misleading. They use a .co.uk website, list a UK address and phone number, and advertise 24–72 hour delivery via Evri, which strongly implies UK dispatch.

Nowhere was it made clear that items ship from Spain. Had I known this, I would not have ordered. It has now been a week, and the parcel has only just entered the UK and is at customs — far beyond the advertised delivery timeframe.

I spent £28 based on the expectation of fast UK delivery and feel misled. It’s especially disappointing as I was considering using them for my print-on-demand business, which would have meant regular orders.

Transparency about dispatch location and realistic delivery times is essential, and this experience has completely undermined trust.

Ordered some printouts, it said they will be delivered within 5 days. I waited 10 days the delivery because they Shop from Spain! Don't bother.

Well I order a ink cartridge and were sending email next day that mu order was delivered. BE CAREFUL IT IS A SCAM.It is no traking number with their delivery company so don't buy

My order took over a month to arrive, even though the company promises delivery within 72 hours. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent—I contacted them several times and barely received any replies.
I asked for a full refund, and they only offered a 20% refund. Right after accepting that minimal compensation, the order finally arrived… but one month late, when I no longer needed it.

To make things worse, I never received the 20% refund, even though they emailed me confirming it had been processed to my original payment method.
Honestly, I feel like they stole my money. I never leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I hope my review helps prevent others from being scammed or losing their money the way I did.
El pedido tardó más de un mes en llegar, cuando la tienda promete entregas en no más de 72 horas. El servicio de atención al cliente es prácticamente inexistente: escribí varias veces y apenas obtuve respuesta.
Solicité un reembolso completo, y lo único que me ofrecieron fue una devolución del 20%. Justo después de aceptar esa mínima compensación, el pedido llegó… pero un mes tarde, cuando ya no lo necesitaba para nada.

Para rematar, ese 20% jamás lo recibí, a pesar de que me confirmaron por correo que había sido procesado al método de pago original.
Sinceramente, siento que me han robado el dinero. Nunca hago reseñas de nada, pero esta experiencia lo merece. Ojalá mi comentario sirva para evitar que otras personas sean estafadas o pierdan su dinero como me ha pasado a mí.

Awful experience, late delivery

Probably an scammer, the phone number is just a answering machine and they are not even in UK as they claim in their website.
Paid £80 for an Epson ink and never got my ink or money back.

The webcartridge copyshop produces high-quality work and organises quick delivery. I cannot speak more highly of their excellence and efficiency. I've ordered a number of important documents with them and they have never let me down. 5 stars!

ITEM DESPATCHED 16 DAYS AGO, NEVER RECEIVED,
CALLED THEM 6 TIMES, ALLWAYS GET CUT OFF AFTER WAITING 4-5 MINUTES

I placed an order for a smart lightbulb and paid for priority shipping, which was supposed to be shipped and arrive in a week.

I followed up and queried the status of the order a week after I placed it but received no response. I followed up again, another week later, but received no response.

The next email I received was two days later and was an automated cancellation email which did not state whether I would receive a refund for goods not received. I am now having to initiate a chargeback dispute as they've taken my money and cancelled my order without communication on a refund.

Very poor customer service.

This company is cheap for printing and placing an order - however. I waited almost 2 weeks to receive my order, tracking didnt even work to their website that they sent the link for, didnt correspond when asked for tracking that worked & then when the order arrived it was incomplete. I tried to get in touch with them as the event was soon and they didn't respond to any emails - i tried calling and it says to email them! So part of my order is now missing - i cant get in touch with them to resend (if it even came on time!) or refund the part i didn't get. I wish i had went to a different company now and paid that bit extra to get a great service. Unlike this terrible company who doesn't care about its customers. Out of principle i will be claiming back the amount owed through my bank as i wont let them rob me of my money and no second product that i paid for! Should be ashamed of yourselves and close shop - because you are a terrible ‘business!’

I had read some very poor reviews AFTER I placed my order for three Dell compatible printer cartridges. Based on these reviews I thought I had flushed my money down the drain. However I was wrong. The cartridges arrived on time as promised at time of order, and the first one works fine. So totally satisfied.

Absolutely appalling!

1. Paid for next day delivery - apparently they print from Spain!!!!! 3 days after and the order has not yet left the country. According to tracking it is stuck at custom as they did not provide relevant paperwork!!!!

2. Phones - no answer ever, just drops off after few minutes

3. Email - no reply whatsoever, only automated acknowledgement

4. Claim with Paypal now filled

Please do not make same mistake and do not use their services, as this is only going to cause great stress

Placed an urgent order 3 days ago, supposed yo be delivered today. Had no confirmation and the card payment is still pending. Tried to call them, placed in a queue for 5 mins then cut off.

Wish I'd have read the reviews here first. Ordered something weeks ago and still not arrived. Terrible service.

I would’ve preferred to give zero stars. Order placed 2nd February nothing yet received. Paid £3.95 delivery. Why does delivery take so long????? I will allow a week to receive and if still no sign I will request a full refund. Ridiculous!!
Will definitely not be using again and would not recommend. Please avoid this company.

Placed an order for some printed material and was informed by the website that it would be delivered by UK priority shipping the following day.

Next day nothing arrived so I contacted the company without a response. Looked on the website the shipping information clearly states items are delivered by Hermes UK

I then got a notification that it was being shipped from Spain.

Contacted them again saying that was not suitable as it will not come in time. Again, no response.

Asked for a full refund and they finally responded stating it had now been dispatched so no refund was applicable.

Awful company, you cannot communicate with them at all. I paid for one printed sheet which was important, paid £4 delivery and 6 days later I'm still waiting for it. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

I ordered two multipacks which was 4 individual cartridges, I was charged for 4 cartridges but only 2 were sent and the company won’t recognise the order was for 4 cartridges. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
