This review is for Angelito of WebCreationUS. He was given my ticket from the project manager Sam in a timely manor. Angelito was really great because when I wanted help with was confusing to portray over messaging and emails, and honestly I was getting frustrated and just wanted things fixed, so I asked him to call. He call me less than 10 minutes later and he stayed on the phone with me until each and every concern was covered. He was very kind and dedicated. I asked him if I can leave him a review, he didn't ask me. Great job Angelito, thanks for being so helpful in a frustrating world!

Let's put it this way All those Scam call center in india are relying on webcreationus in tempe arizona. This business is those scammers 50% business partner .please just burn your money instead of giving to webcreationus or you are gonna hate your life .

They have scammed me as well but the sick part about it is they keep right on with the scam until the very end , which leads me to believe they are still using your information in other places!! They are stealing intellectual property!! This is an offense punishable by laws in the US . Their Sister Company Wencreationuk is totally at fault as well !!

I want my money back!! Or my damm site I work in my busy season to accommodate these unprofessional scammers with nothing to show !!!

Total scam!
And I fell for it twice.
After initially thinking I had been scammed out of my down payment and second installment, I filed a claim with my bank to try and recoup my money because I had lost contact with them. No one would return my emails and the only time I spoke to anyone on the phone was in the beginning when the sales person called me.
But then they started getting back with me. We reached the end where we were ready to go live and I was told “I see there’s a chargeback from your bank so we will need to get that reversed then we can go live”.
I was able to do a couple things on the backend of the website so I was blindsided again. I stopped the claim from my bank. I received an email from the project manager (Sam) a couple hours later saying it was live.
Then Sam went MIA again. I have recently spoken with another developer, but they have tricked the design into where the content shows up on the backend when I’m logged into my admin, but it doesn’t show up on the live site.
This company is an absolute joke from start to finish, I wish I would have trusted my gut halfway through and I could have at least saved half my money.
Don’t use these guys, use WIX or someone more trusted. Nothing but a rip-off here. And I’m sure the good reviews are self written. What a joke!

It was such a great experience to have the opportunity to work with such an amazing website creation/ builder It was amazing to work with such a helpful gentleman by the name Sam McGee! He anytime I have difficulty or questions he make him self available and he will spend almost an hour on the phone to help out,

If you are thinking of doing business with the is company, (specifically a e-commerce website) run as fast as you can away from the is company. The upfront fee is right at $1000. For this price a designer is suppose to design you a page. In the contract it clearly states UNLIMITED DESIGNS. We only received two designs. Neither of the designs were to our specifications or our liking. Once we expressed that we were not ok with the design, we received an email saying that the changes we were asking for could be done in the coding stages. This was said because in order to go to the coding stage you pay the second payment of $500 plus. Now any logical person would question why pay the second payment when I wasn't satisfied with the the first product. At this point we sent an email to the web designer, project manager and the supervisor explaining that we were not getting what we paid for. We needed a web page that was to our specification before moving to the next phase. It has now been two weeks and nobody (out of the three I emailed) has responded to the email. This company is a scam and it will not follow through with their promises and you can forget getting your initial $1000 back. Here we are 2 1/2 month and $1000 into doing business with WebcreationUS and we have nothing to show for it. Nothing but a bunch of broken promises. Do yourself a favor if you are thinking about doing business with them and DONT. Find someone else and do your research before paying anything upfront. This was very discouraging and now we are back to the drawing board looking for someone to design a e-commerce site for us.

After providing these guys an initial design mockup, all the texts, framework base, functionalities, look and feel, and navigation patters wished, and interact with many people for more than 6 weeks, they never were capable to show us something creative, the only propose was to program our very first mockup, we decided to stop the project and ask for a refund, guess what? they said they invested so many resources and time in our project, that refund wasn´t an option. We with no experience and using the WIX platform designed, created and upload our site in just one weekend, strongly recommend WIX, the best experience, very easy, super-fast, and please never in your life try to use the huge team of WebcreationUS, the worst experience of my entire career, they should be ashamed, they should return the money just for respect, they don't even create a design, the only proposal after six weeks was to launch our mockup, I'm so sad an American company took advantage from another American company, guys please stay away of WebcreationUS I can provide my name and phone number to anybody that wants to talk to me about my poor and sad experience.
Finally, go WIX and stop depending on the useless crew of a lot of supposed involved people, they promised to create, to design, to interact until you're satisfied but in fact, you´ll finish frustrated and boring and desperate, because delivery sucks!

I was nervous about the whole building a website thing and I appreciate the consideration. Robert C. the designer the artist he is methodical and experienced. I would make a request and it was like he visualized what I was looking for instantly and put it in to application.
