The support was good, but I had a complicated week because my site did not work because it was not a safe site and they closed my tickets saying to ignore the emails that told me that the certificates of my sites were not updated, it represented a lot of economic loss that my site was not secure, that it was qualified as pishing and they did not give me solutions until today, I hope you can improve your quality of service, security and support.

These mother******s didn't renew my domain and hosting and I lost 2 years of work. Then they put my domain up for auction as it was getting 10,000 hits a day.

Their Servers are unreliable, causing eMail loss and blocking the access from users in certain IP's. I'm accessing to the websapace from the free part of the world. They are not supposed to filter any content!

Very disaponting performance and worst customer service. Total loss of money and time!

Trying to load an application from apphp.com which I think is now defunct but they produce fantastic apps. Would not load so asked WWW if they could help. Fixed the problem in no time and now have the app running on my site.

Every year I renew my domain ahead of time. Every year they take my money. Every year they let my domain expire and I have to contact support. It is getting old.
