I have now been with webmama.co.uk for about five months and it has been the worst exsperiance of my life. There software is full of bugs and there support is absolutely rubbish if you are a very small company and you just want basic website then they might be ok but if you are an e-commerce website then keep away from them they lie they are very rude the main person there is Debanan in fact he is the only one, you can never get hold of him. I will give you an example how bad there company is we got a sale from our site and the software did not pickup the order or customer information I finally got hold of debanan and he could not be bothered with helping us he tried to blame it on us. Even his office he states on his website Harley street london does not exist he works from home address. So if you want to waist money and get terrible service then go with webmama.co.uk. I am now with a brilliant company support is fantastic.
