I tried using their tool where you can upload your vaccine records manually. It worked, I put in my vaccine history, but then later when I tried to access it in my account, it just kept directing me to their general page on vaccinating children.
They don't have a customer service phone number, and they ignored my emails and messages on social media. Terrible company - don't trust them with your information. You really get what you pay for with this company.

Incorrect Provider Information
They have our clinic information wrong. As in, completely wrong address, company, and contact information. There's no way to update it, and nobody will respond to tickets, voicemails, or emails.

Very informative and helps us save a lot of money on prescription drugs. Instead of having a doctor initially prescribe a 30 day supply of a new medication; I always ask for samples or an rx for 10 pills. I check the medication on Web MD before deciding whether I should take it or not. Why spend the money on a prescription if I'm not going to be taking it or it may give me an adverse reaction.
The fine details about any possible illness is very informative. Things that I might forget to ask the doctor can always be found on Web MD

Hit and miss! everything is linked to cancer, makes you worry too much. Symptoms said i might either have appendix inflammation or stones in gallbladder, visit to a doctor determined its just a sour stomach. thanks for the bill webmd

Should change name to "You May Have Cancer - See a Doctor"
Rather than rely on a company that has a very low employee rating (see glassdoor), go to a an actual medical site such as the CDC, iVillage, The Mayo Clinic.
You're bound to get a better experience.
