Push you to take payment and then push you again and then ghost you completely.

Happy to join together with others to file police complaint and to take them to court otherwise will go myself.

Please do not allow these people rip you off.
They will take an initial payment then bully you into making another and then do nothing
We commissioned a site in August 2019 it is now May 20 20 and we have nothing.
It looks like we will have to go to court to get our money back.
They are not in London as claimed, they have fake names and a poor understanding of English.

stay away from this company, they are professional sales people push for sales and constantly chasing for payment.

i had very specific simple requirements and they complete ignored my brief and sent me a website using a template which i would of created myself fro free on Wixx.

they created this website before even designing the brand or the logo so they is no synergy between the logo and the website.

they talk about 100% satisfaction or moneyback.

im 100% disappointed and they are no not responding to my messages or calls.

i will need to charge back my credit card to get my money back as the service promised was not provided.

also they are in breach of GDPR, they took a payment on a card that they saved on their file without my permission.

they are a crap company and they produce absolute crap.

the have a crappy facebook account with 100 or so followers.

if they cant increase traffic to their social media then how can they offer that service to us.

These guys did some amazing work for me recently when I was putting up a website to help me sell and showcase my artwork for a broader audience base. They let me take the lead on design but offered extremely useful input with regard to web page usability. They tailored the pages they made for me keeping in mind the demographic I was catering to which I thought was brilliant.
As an artist I can say that though I did need to have some of the work revised, the design team from Website Motix were clearly experienced. They worked with my vision and gave me a finished product that surpassed even my own expectations.
Between their technical skills, their dedicated project managers (who were constantly in touch with me) and their professional work ethic and adherence to deadlines, I can comfortably say that these guys know their stuff. If you're looking for a web design team or a professional web design service, I recommend them highly!
