All I needed is a single page to give…

All I needed is a single page to give my business an internet presence. This offering is perfect for that, and the templates out the box provided a professional looking page in just a few hours. I purchased one extra service from the team which was not necessary, and the support team pointed it out and refunded the charge without any fuss or waste of time. It seems to be a very technically minded organisation, which suits me, but I can imagine that some startups would struggle to know what was needed if they didn't have a technical background like myself. I intend to stay with the team for some years at the very least.

Bad customer service.

Last month I registered LLP through their main office and received a voucher for a free domain. Everything was great with the registration of the company, employees helped and answered all questions. But after I decided to use voucher for domain registration, I was faced with rudeness and disregard for customers.

At first, they didn’t answer my application for domain registration, they said that they would answer after clarifying the details, but they didn’t even bother to email me with a refusal.

When I realized that it was useless to wait, I created a ticket myself, and they told me almost rudely that I looked like a scam for them and I am not legit enough to be their client. Even though I went through the KYC verification procedure via their company.

Domain registration is a matter of 5 minutes. As a result, I am already waiting 2 days to launch my site and start working. It's easier to use another service provider than to work with them.

I regret registering a domain with them!

Registered a free domain (on offer) with them and now my phone is being spammed by 20+ different spam calls every day, offering website services. Never had this issue while registering 30+ other domains I own with other companies. Clearly the free domain offer meant they've sold my details to third parties that are now calling me relentlessly. Don't know how to make it stop at this point. DON'T register a domain with them!
