They overcharged me and had the audacity to get mad when I asked for a refund. Refused to give me a refund, so I had to request a chargeback from my credit card company. Then they harassed me and made up lies. Told me I was recorded verbally accepting the non-refundable terms of service. I asked for proof and they had non of course. Don't take my word for it, read the SC of some guy who supposedly is " head of operation" admiting his co-worker lied.

- check out the company credentials, such as Registered Company Name and Number - they won’t provide this
- they will move you from one project manager to another, which seems like a delay tactic
- check the company email addresses of those replying to you. I’ve had various addresses ending: websitevalley.co,uk; logovalley.co.uk: webfounders.co.uk and for some individuals more than one of the above
- payments appear on statements under a completely different name
- DO NOT RELY ON THE MONEY GUARANTEE POLICY - unless you have read the terms and conditions! It is particularly worthless so you WILL NOT get a refund!

I think these people are located outside the UK and are effectively scamming you out of your money! Even if I’m wrong be very careful. Please pay with a credit card so you have a better chance of getting your money back if it goes wrong!
