Not Good Place to Work!

I worked with this company for more than 1 year. Very bad experience with them.

This company has very good management team, I have learned a lot from the. very good work culture.

Absolute disaster.
They will never deliver on their promises

I was in need of a website development company. My communication with this company through internet, as my business is located in Miami. The team is very supportive and co-ordination was not difficult at all

Lost $650. They operate on NO REFUND POLICY (ADVANCE RELEASE). Clients will LOOSE DISPUTES RIGHTS and REFUND RIGHTS.

This project is not STARTED and is INCOMPLETE, was done by Misleading advise , as I was new.

5th day informed that we want to cancel due to Unreasonable claims and advise.

ACTS LIKE BOSS once money is released (initially very nice and convincing). All there positive claims are Questionable. All these are ROOT CAUSE of issue.

False Claims of completing work, refuses to attach work. Uses various excuses not to refund, uses nil & void, baseless allegation to cover-up FAULTS.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE, International incompetency issues, copies clients English, was thrown out of freelancer 3 years back. Research for logical inconsistencies.

They have no feedback for reason They mentioned that they will operate with another account if left negative feedback as done previously and feeback dosn’t mean anything to them because they have got our $650 now.

These companies have been reported so beware of their websites and new id’s.

Now saying we will wait for freelancer decision when they have already decided in my favour.

Don't Skype will drag in conversation and use against you in future.

Uses your advance money to cover previous losses.

In two months never found any other project (nil amount).

Potential of low quality work once money in hand.

There are enough reasons (please research you will find) for suspicions and authenticity.

I am not a computer person and have never contracted for custom software online so some of my requests may have been utter nonsense, but they kept listening and delivered an excellent product on time and on price. I am very happy with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for specialized software. But here's the killer: Almost two weeks after they have been paid, they are still helping us adjust and tweak the software, never a complaint from them, always courteous, upbeat, and knowledgeable. And their customer service matches their quality of work. They are RESPONSIVE in a word. AAAA++++

Webskitters, I have done magento work myself in the past and worked with other developers. Using these guys was much easier!! They are very knowledgeable,and have VERY good communications which is critical to me when I am doing a project. They worked very hard at the problem and on my site and fixed it in the allotted time frame. I am very happy with their work and will be using them again in a couple of days for my next project. From the initial scoping, through to the launch, I was kept fully appraised of progress. During the project the timeline and budget did extend out slightly due to my own requirements but where this occurred, Webskitters clearly set out the context and provided early advice of such change. I've received outstanding technical advice and project management (thank you Ricky!) and the customer service has been excellent from the whole team.
