I've had VServer from another big provider and found webtropia in the german magazine C't with a good offer to look into it.
After ordering the server i was supprised with the performance. Almost native feeling. That was the moment i switched. Now a couple of years later and still a happy customer i was looking to upgrade to WIN2016 and found that server also 1st class. When you need support almost al of the time they react very fast. Super support and 1st class products.

For several months I have been working with webtropia.com. Servers are very reliable, stable at 99.9%. The support is very responsive and the most important is very quickly answered and solved questions. I wish them prosperity and more customers.

I've been a customer for over 6 months and I'm never changing hosting company! This company is far from great, but it's the perfect host if you just want your God damn servers without getting a ton of sh-it. I have bought thousands of dollars of severs and I haven't had to do anything but verify my phone number, no ID required, and they fuc-king take PayPal! You know how many other hosts do not take PayPal before e.g. 3 months or whatever, those other hosts requiring your photo ID, drivers license and what's more just to buy a bloody server and then you have to wait for their manual approval? Fu-ck that!

Pros:
- Extremely affordable!
- Doesn't give you *ANY* sh-it, I had an abuse report from a malicious 3rd party and I had no disruption in service and everything were handled in a professional manner, absolutely flawless!
- In most cases, all you're required to provide is your phone number!
- Accepts PayPal!

Cons:
- Fuc-king nazi German everywhere, even though I put my language to English, luckily, I know a bit German but sad that they don't complete the translations of all their services.
- Broken English, literally everywhere!
- Support fuc-king sucks, if you have a problem you're on your own, *BUT* it's A LOT better than OVH or *ANY* of the competition so it's not their fault but the hosting community as a whole. (I.e. these guys have decent support comparatively speaking!)
- Illiterate employees, it's almost as if they're replying to you in broken English on purpose, I can't believe German people who are taught English since elementary school would have such broken English.
- Exaggerating, i.e. I had one abuse report and I got an email that were written in broken English to "please explain why you're getting so many abuse reports recently", I don't judge them for that though, it ought to deter any illegitimate activity as any ne'er-do-wells would think they're on relatively thin ice.

All in all, unless you are dense as osmium, then it should come as no surprise that is is your best choice for an all around utmost excellent middle-of-the-road host that'll accommodate to all your needs. If you are particularly dense however, then go buy a 2GB VPS for $40 from some money grubbing spic loving company and have it your way!

5/5 stars, couldn't recommend this host more highly despite it's flaws!

Improvements I'd like to see:
- Fix the translation errors!
- Tell your employees to stop pretending to be bad in English!
- Accept more payments options, e.g. Bitcoin!
- More powerful servers, e.g. your myloc.de XXL server has 18,000 CPU score (dual XEON) whilst your Webtropia one with a consumer CPU has 12,000 CPU score at 1/4th the price! I want to see fuc-king 512GB-2TB RAM, nVME SSD and fuc-king quad XEON processors doing 20,000 CPU score each and 10Gbit uplink!

I am using webtropia for 3 years. They provide a reliable service for my vps. My servers uptime is more than %99.

They give information about updates/downtimes ahead so I can plan accordingly.

I reqired only 2 support request for the past 3 years. When I did, I got the response and solution within 2-3 hours.

But the bad part, the payment services they use called "paymentwall". This ""paymentwall" requires too much personal information (they requested back side of my national id card). If you prefer bank wire and e-mail the receipt, one day you can find your server down without any notification.

For an example, I made the payment on march 1st. Last sunday night my server went down. When I contacted webtropia, they claimed that I have "unpaid bills". I explained them that I paid it via bankwire, and e-mailed the receipt back than. My server came online 12 hours later. But that night went down again.

As a result, I am a customer who paid his bill, but can not get the services charged.

Really serious service for serious business. In just under 10 years, we've had only a handful of situations where we needed any intervention whatsoever. Speed and reliability were never an issue, which is miraculous. Well worth the price and highly recommended.

webtropia.com is my best friend and dedicated services, they are all of good guys and very very inteligent peoples. i am from Turkey and my advice is webtropia.com , all of the countrys people may get very good quality services and german dicipline &tecnology. i saw many of fake german companies but they are not german. Webtropia is realy number one of super power german teknology dicipline and humanity. Turks like germans government, also i like very much.
