Helped after my chain collapsed

After Selling my house through this company I was asked to review them. I called in early December after my chain fell through. They assured me they could help and complete the purchase before Christmas. I was sceptical, but true to their word the house exchanged and completed and I was in my new place for Christmas.

When we approached this company for a…

When we approached this company for a quote on our mothers house we told them the rumours we'd heard about the shocking practices with this type of company. They assured us 'they weren't that type of company' along with a lot more of 'reassuring ' lies. They came out to look at the property and assured us the offer was binding!!! The offer was about what we expected so we accepted. We sat back and waited and sure enough the offer was decreased the day before we were to sign. Luckily we are not in a chain so we could tell what to do with their much reduced offer. Please do not make the same mistake as us STAY AWAY from these fraudsters, they are pure scum!!!

This company is shocking

This company is shocking! Dropped my house price from £76,000 to 50,000 at the last minute! Lack of communication even solicitors are disgusted by them. DO NOT USE!!!! You should be ashamed!!!

Absolutely rubbish from start to finish. They are con merchants. Left survy of my property until the very last minute and then found so called problems and dropped their offer by £13,000 from a low offer in first place. Did not keep me in the loop, i had to chase them. Needless to say 3 house sales have now fallen through as I did not take their ridiculous offer. STAY CLEAR OF THEM!!!
