Not impressed. I had my hair session cancelled twice.
Very disappointed no attempts to help

Muhammad is a very good cleaner. He left everything impeccable. He is hard-working and very nice. Highly recommend!

Melanie was great. Helped to release seized muscles. Gave me good advises. And she was also very companionate. U see stood how much pain I was in. She was in my place within two hours and she also kept me updated on progress of her route. Very easy to book, choices for therapist, all very clear, booked in few clicks. happy with the service.

Really easy to book and great pros - will use again!

The guy who came to clean my flat was pretty useless. Tried to wash a mirror with my bath towel and some paper napkins (though I provided microfiber cloths and a cleaning liquid and everything). Also just left half of the flat untouched — literally. Amazing experience of cleaning everything myself for 40 pounds. Will never use again

It's ok. The UI is decent and the cleaning and communication was good. However they do take payment in advance which meant that when I cancelled before a clean, the payment was still taken and I now have to wait 10 days for a refund, which I had to chase myself. I think it's extremely sneaky that they send the appointment reminder literally 2 mins after the 24 hour cancellation window has passed so you have to pay the £5 late cancellation charge.(When I say literally, I mean it - they emailed at 3:32pm for the following day's 3:30pm clean so I was 2 minutes out of time.)

Tbh it's best just to pay a cleaner directly so the company doesn't take a cut. I think farming out entire economies to apps (Uber, Deliveroo and so on) is bad news in the long term as there's no accountability when things go wrong and you're just dealing with some centralised office that doesn't really care.

Eli was professional and friendly, she done a great job, my house needed a complete clean due to illness. It looked amazing when I came home.

Outstanding cleaning service

All went well for a 1st experience with Wecasa. The hairdresser sent to my place was nice and professional.

The person with that i talk was very nice

The cleaner smashed a light which cost me £210 but £250 to replace as it was bought years ago, and has now gone up in price. Evidence provided of everything. Only offered a £50 voucher - NO compensation to replace the light. And why on earth would I want to use this company again, so vouchers are worthless. The cleaner also left a bleach stain on my wooden floor. First and last time using this company. Absolutely crap.

The website is very efficient, you can simply book online instead of asking for a quote, and you can message the cleaner in advance if you have any specific requests

Booked a recurring fortnightly cleaning and nobody turned up for the first appointment - no messages in advance, just a no show. I had to reach out to Wecasa to get the session cancelled and a refund, and when I then asked for help cancelling my recurring appointment as a result of the no show their help team stopped responding. Unreliable and unresponsive, do not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked and paid £50 for a cleaning service, paying extra for the cleaner to bring their own equipment. He turned up with one dish sponge, one spray bottle. I asked him to clean 2 small bathrooms and the kitchen if he had time. After one hour had passed I got concerned he was still in the small bathroom, went in and found all he had done was make the glass in the bathroom dirtier with the sponge and wrong type of product. He did the same in the upstairs bathroom and also left it dirtier than it was when he arrived. I have been trying to get hold of a person at wecasa since, and have only been able to get hold of AI bots. The complaint I raised got an automated email back offering a £15 voucher. This is completely unacceptable and I am so upset - I paid for a service, with my hard earned money, not only was it not completed but house was made worse and I had to spend 2 hours cleaning up after him. Never, ever use this app.

Good to book online and be kept informed re the appointment - so process easy.
Hairdresser skilled, and so much easier to have hair cut at home. She did a good job!

Great service. Used them for hair, mani-pedi. Very professional and always on time.
