Absolute scam. Fell for an OnCloud shoe deal advertised on instagram. $140 gone. Robo replies after I’ve tried to get anyone to help with cancellation or refund.. 4 months later nothing delivered… no email reply. I have no idea what to do next. They are making a to of money, and this company is totally a fraud

This place if it even exists, SUCKS!!! Only - star just bc it wouldn’t let me comment without a star. Absolutely zero response from customer service. Order placed over 6 weeks ago still nothing received. SUPER Scammers and dishonest trolls!!!!

Ordered in November and still have not received the item. Cannot even go online to report as unable to find where to report it

Ordered on the 8th October 2021, nearly £60.00 order, keep saying order shipped on its way!! Now 2nd Dec and still no order, had an email today to say my order had been delivered by China Post!! Scam Scam do not order anything from this company/ cowboys can't get my money back, just lost money as all they keep saying is, it's in transit!! DO NOT BUT FROM THEM !!!

I bought the dinasours car transporter for one of my grandsons on the 12/11 and still not received, dis receive an email saying it had been shipped but can't track it with the tracking number, I have emailed and they said that there is great demand for these, but the email said it was shipped all lies. Never again

Ordered a dinosaur car transporter for my grandson and was really disappointed when it arrived 5 weeks later. Cheap plastic and it’s tiny. Could’ve bought one twice the size in B&M for half the price. Pictures are very deceiving.

I ordered from this site on 8/10/2021i know it hasn't been long but not expecting my item I have ordered same item from UK cheaper price and free postage. This company said delivery within 10 to 14 days AVOID.

I order my item on September, 19th 2021 and have not received it ,on there Facebook page they say with in 7to 14 days they will ship the item. I know that they took the money already, I just want my product. From Hewwe. Can't seem to get a answer from them please help, thank you Gail Friedberg my order number is 1318 #

Avoid at all costs. Saw an ad on Facebook and ordered four shirts - inexpensive (so I wasn't expecting too much) but just wanted something to wear around the house. I ordered XL which always fits me (sometimes L) but when they arrived i couldn't get them over my chest - they were M at most. The customer service email bounced back undelivered, so made contact via FB. I was offered 20% off so i could "give them to a friend" and was told that the cost of return would be expensive. Given another email address, who said the same thing. I insisted on returning them and was given an address in Vanuatu. Now, in case you don't know, Vanuatu is a small island state in the Pacific, about 1800 miles east of Australia - it is literally on the other side of the world (I live in the UK). And postage to match - the cost of sending the shirts back would have been about 75% of their original purchase price. Clearly they had not been sent from Vanuatu (shipping costs would be prohibitive, and I don't the island is known for its textile industry. It's a scam. the brand name I saw the ad under was Focili (wecomee.com was the e-address I finally ended up contacting), but I've seen a number of different vendor names with the same ad format and often identical clothes, so I think they keep a moving target. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered and paid through PayPal, a water feature and not had anything.

PayPal said they cannot give a refund, as not authorised item.

So very annoyed as paid £29.99 for nothing.

Not even worth one star. I ordered a shawl. I received a piece of stiff material sewn into a triangle shape. Nothing remotely like the picture.
When I eventually managed to email, I was told that I had to pay postage back to China.
I will take this up with PayPal.
I wish that I could attach a picture of the piece of rubbish that I received.

I wouldn’t even give one star but there’s no other option. Clothes aren’t what were ordered. Awful clothes. There’s no invoice and no contact address. Trying to open online pages or my account just leads to an ‘oops page not found’ so I can’t even return them. What a waste of money!

Sent for £30.00 top 3 months ago & have emailed them since & no response. Paid via PayPal so dont know how to get refund as clearly been scammed bt these reviews.

DO NOT, DO NOT buy from these people.
You contact them and get fobbed off with the same emails.
If you have paid via PayPal please, please log a claim with them. I did this on 11/12/2020 & have received confirmation from PayPal this morning to say that I've won my case and the full amount of my order has been refunded.

I ordered a coat from Minkpad

Definitely scam i ordered a coat which shows a velvet and a nice cut. When I received it today and was shocked and disappointed more angry the item was nothing as it looked like in the pic..any idea how I can get refund. I have emailed them but no reply.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered $100 worth of clothing. The site (via Instagram ads) has super cute clothes but a) took almost 2 months to arrive..from China. B) the clothes were completely fake to what was shown on the site. Different materials. I was appalled. I wrote them and they said I had to pay for the shipping to DUBAI. Terrible customer service. I made comments on their Instagram to warn other people that it’s a complete scam and then they blocked me and removed the comments. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM! I decided it was not worth the fight - is prob end up shipping the clothes back to Dubai, pay a TON of money to do so, and they wouldn’t honor the refund bc that is clearly what this company is. A SCAM!

If I could give no starts I would. I am based in Australia & I have been trying to track my item since the 25/09/2020 & it is now 13/10/2020 and have received no information. tracking just says item not found. I have tried to contact the site multiple times with no reply. I am extremely concerned that i have been ripped off/ scammed. Will NEVER buy from here again NOR any add i see on instagram again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. WECOMEE IF YOU ARE READING THIS, WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? Is there a way we can report this site?

As others have said, this site is a complete scam. The reviews on the site are false. No communication regarding shipping. I had to email them several times to get a tracking number. All of my dresses came without tags and very cheaply made. One was not finished, missing buttons. The dresses are not as described, cheap material, poor sewing. Do not purchase from this site. I am filing a PayPal dispute with them as well.

Awful clothing completely different to site then refuse to refund. Sent back item which cost more than the item and didn’t refund. Do not order from these scammers.

Fake website. 2 dresses came with VERY cheap material, another totally wrong one came and the customer service email addresses they gave in their email receipt bounce back
