What a fantastic company! I was amazed to find that good, old-fashioned, customer service still exists today.

Kim, Tom and the rest of the team went out of their way, way above and beyond what you'd expect, to get a silver ring, engraved with my fingerprint out in time for our wedding anniversary! They were so helpful and the email banter was great, a really friendly bunch of people.

The ring is truly stunning. The quality of the laser engraving is so good that you can easily see which finger was used to make the initial imprint. And the engraving inside the ring is so crisp and clear it looks like it will last forever.

The ring is solid, without being chunky, and my wife is so delighted with it that she is showing it to everyone she comes into contact with.

I'll be strongly recommending that my family, my friend, and all my colleagues buy their rings from WRD, and remember they don't just do wedding rings.

This piece of stunning jewellery will be a family heirloom for generations to come.

It’s a scary exercise having a platinum and diamond bespoke ring created from another platinum and diamond ring I no longer wore, but I can thoroughly recommend Wedding Rings Direct

We purchased our wedding rings from here, absolutely in love with them. Anthony was so helpful, we had 2 different visits to the showroom, first time purchased my husbands ring and second time purchased my ring and had my engagement ring resized. We got married 28th December and everyone commented on how amazing our rings are.

Excellent. Bought mine and husband's ring. When my husband's ring didn't fit they accepted the return back, even though the ring cannot be resized due to the material, I was very impressed (and relieved!) Would use again.

Great experience getting the dream wedding ring I had always wanted, I absolutely love it and would recommend them without any hesitation to anyone looking for something special, they undercut all the high street jewellers, have absolute transparency on prices with a range of styles and weights, absolutely unique and beautiful rings.

My partner and I visited their office to view some of the rings, the service was fantastic. We received the rings quickly, and they were exactly as we expected. We are very pleased indeed.

I wouldn't use this company again.

I purchased several sample rings from them, initial experience was prompt and efficient. The ring samples were not of the correct size so not ideal as this couldn't fit my finger properly.

I then placed an order for a ring. This arrived after about 6 weeks. The ring wasn't suitable so I contacted them to enquire about sending it back. 2 phone calls later I was assured I could send this back for a refund so did.

I then received calls stating that I could not get a refund, despite these calls happening. It turned quite nasty where I was accused of making this up. I sent evidence of the 2 calls (after staff said I only called once) and it was just a complete shambles.

They informed me over the phone that the ring value was only 1/4 of the price I had paid. I think that says it all.

Overall, I would steer away from this company. Use a local one and you have a point of contact if things do not work out. I have received a new ring from a local jewellery shop which I am delighted at and it didn't cost that much more than this company!

I used the sample ring service and tried different sizes and got the one I wanted.

Ordered in plenty of time and it arrive after a couple of werks.

I used the sample service which is amazing!!! I was struggling to find a ring to fit around my engagement ring and the sample service allowed me to find one that fitted perfectly!!!

Choices...
I was over the moon when I found out that they also do rose gold in the style I had found!!! They offer variations in carats, colour and finishes along with a huge choice of rings in styles and shapes you don't find anywhere else.

Me and my wife got the wedding rings from wedding rings direct and were very pleasantly surprised that for quite a low price we found very nice rings from red gold that were not available anywhere else (definitely not in high street stores) and we were able to customize it as much as we wished. When I've emailed to double check on shipping date, I got a quick and very nice response from one of the company personnel. I am definitely very happy with how this company operates and wish them great business in the future.

After a disappointing browse through countless high street jewellers, I turned to the Internet.

I was dubious about ordering a ring from an unknown website thrown up by Google, but the many positive reviews gave me confidence. I found the whole process easy and the choice of rings was almost limitless. I specifically wanted a 12mm wide titanium ring and there were a number to choose from.

The website is well designed and the navigation and information is presented in an extremely easy to use format. The process is clear and I completed my order with no issues.

Within a couple of days I had a phone call from a very nice lady who asked a couple of questions about my order and the lead time - the personal touch was appreciated.

To my surprise, an email came through just over a week ahead of my expected delivery advising the ring had been dispatched and it arrived the next day via secure delivery.

Having never worn a ring before in my life I had no idea what I wanted. Thankfully with the sample service I was able to get a few different styles, sizes and finishes to try on and make my decision. The service costs a little but you don't pay for the postage to you or back again and they give you £10 off your final purchase, meaning you can get around 4 samples and not be out of pocket. I got my ring and am very pleased with it, especially as it was half the price quoted to me on the high street.

I was looking for a company that would be able to make me a platinum ring and set some old diamonds into it from an inherited gold ring. I came across Wedding Rings Direct and noticed they had a bespoke service so emailed them and straight away they were extremely helpful and came up with a design for me.

I was really nervous about the whole thing because it meant sending the diamond ring in the post to a company I had never heard of, but I was so pleased with their service up until that point I decided to bite the bullet and go with it.

As it turns out I had nothing to be nervous about they were brilliant! Their sample service meant I could try out a few different widths and designs against my engagement ring to make sure I was happy. The staff helped me choose some samples which they thought would sit nicely against my wedding ring, all of the staff I dealt with we're extremely helpful.

We had one standard wedding ring, and one we designed ourselves. They were both engraved, I had to alter mine after as I didnt like it, and they sent out several sample rings free of charge so I could see how they felt, which I should have done before, but didn't. But throughout their customer service, could possibly have been the best I have ever received from anyone.
I am now going to send my engagement ring to them (which wasn't purchased from them) to have it re-dipped before my wedding as I was so pleased with them....I will definately recommend to anyone looking for any jewellery.

We are getting married in the summer, so starting looking for wedding rings at the start of the year as we didn't really have an idea of how long they took to deliver. After searching around shops and websites, we decided to go for Wedding Rings Direct for several reasons, the range, the options, the price, the service and the delivery and I have been very happy with all of them.

The range is varied and wide, in price, materials, style, types, sizes, etc. I had never considered there could be such a wide range of wedding ring types and it really got me thinking about different styles. However being a bit of a traditionalist with wedding rings we decided to just go for plain 18 carrot yellow gold rings with a standard court profile for me and a flat profile for the fiancées. The half size availability was useful as I found out that I require one.

The option to try a trial ring was useful. I have never worn a ring before and this helped me in several ways. It helped to get the right size, the half size previously mentioned. My father lost his original ring after swimming in the sea (cold fingers shrink). I therefore put my hand in a sink of cold water, found the trial ring size too large and so got a half size smaller for the final ring. It defined the profile I found comfortable as the double comfort I tried wasn't! It is something that will be worn for the rest of your life and so the small expense of the trial ring is a very useful cost and with the return postage envelope already paid for, an easy process.

The price is reasonable. I am sure there are other stores out there that provide cheaper rings, but in combination with the other reasons for selection, I was very happy with the costs.

The service is very good with response to any emails being answered in a day. Email notifications were provided at the correct time for the status of the order.

Delivery seemed quick, although I have no idea of how long rings normally take to be delivered. After thinking they would take a long time and we may be rushing to get them delivered, I am happy that they were delivered in plenty of time and are one thing less to worry about

I got married recently and brought our rings Wedding Rings Direct . We were really happy with the rings and the service we got from them which was much better than I thought it would be for an online company.

At first I wasn't sure about ordering wedding rings online but they have a really good sample service where you can try out the rings before to make sure it's right. I had a couple of questions before ordering which I received instant responses on so it was a good experience. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to order rings that are great value, easy to order and a brilliant range and choice.

The service is top class, customer service excellent and from start to finish the communication line was fab.
Hubby-to-be ordered a ring from their collection and I have a bespoke ring made to fit by engagement ring and the quality is top class.
They are based in Brighton so we used the opportunity to have a day trip and visited their office and showroom - welcoming, friendly and willing to take time to ensure we were 100% happy with our choice.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

It's great. We were able to order samples of the rings we wanted so we could see if the size and finish suited us. When we had decided I then sent my engagement ring to them to have the diamond set in palladium with the fine matt finish to match my wedding ring. The staff advised on which settings would match and I got a refund for the price of the gold in my engagement ring.
I can't praise the staff highly enough and look forward to purchasing more jewellery in the future.
