Customer focus + patience!
Excellent service and prices- i dealt via internet but spoke to Jon on the phone who was happy to go above and beyond to deal with my queries. He was very patient and i will look at The Wee Guitar Shop first in future owing solely to Jons attitude to the customer.

First class. Exceptionally helpful.
Top notch service. Dealt with TWGS online after seeing an instrument advertised as having been on display. I emailed to ask for a detailed description. Jon responded within the hour and then again after I posed a couple of other queries. I bought the instrument which arrived quickly by courier and was even better than as described. Fantastic service. I heartily recommend them.
