I had the worst experience in booking a ticket .. and the support team keep telling me its the flight company's problem .. and they kept telling me you will have an answer within 3 days and until now it had been 2 months by today and nothing happens !!!!

After i had the answer .. i found out that the support time have already given me the wrong advice and i applied for the cancelation and cost me about 250 Dirham to do nothing and it will cost me more to rebook new tickets ... the booking number is WFQ13FEP7RG25 and you can check all the details and listen to all the calls that you have .. so the experience keep getting worst because of the un-experienced employees .

Hi all.
this is an experience from an airline ticket booking customer, my flight scheduled on 2nd of October 2025 which was changed from airlines and the WEGO customer service purely 3rd class. Because the the agent listen all of my story and said he will call me back as the system was back to normal unfortunately its been more than 4 days yet i haven't received any from of update.
Moreover, I have to make an international contact number to reach their customer service what an unprofessional and un ethical way of handling the customer inquiries.
kindly consider before making any of the bookings through WEGO.

I booked a hotel from Wego and unfortunately the address provided by Wego was wrong and after contacting Wego that too a tedious act I was not get the required help from Wego.
Very pathetic customer care.In the end I have to do fresh booking because Wego didn’t provide me or help me to locate the hotel and they didn’t gave me refund . So my advice to general public is please don’t book any ticket or hotel booking from Wego. Not a user friendly app . They are cheaters.

I have never seen a worse platform in my life. Within just two days, Wego scammed me twice.
First, they cheated me with my flight tickets. I clearly selected September 12–14 for my trip to Baku, completed the booking, and paid. But after payment, I was shocked to see they charged me for September 26 and 28 instead. How is this even possible? Their excuse? “The system saw no available seats, so it automatically gave you future dates.” Excuse me? Who gave you the right to decide when I should fly? I know my travel dates, and it is absolutely unacceptable for you to change them without my consent.
The second scam happened just three days later with a hotel booking. I saw a free slot for 268 dirhams, booked it, and paid. I even received four confirmation emails. I waited three hours, and then at the hotel I was told that such a rate doesn’t exist and I had to pay extra. Wego’s staff then told me: “Pay the full price, and we will refund the difference.” After I paid, they demanded my receipt and then had the audacity to say that I paid on my own and that it wasn’t their reservation. Really? Even if that were the case, then where is the room I originally booked and paid for through Wego?
This is outrageous. I am extremely dissatisfied, and I want to make it clear: this company is nothing but a scam. It is only a matter of time before they start ripping off everyone. AND I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!

I booked my hotel through Wego 26 days in advance for Voco Makkah, and what a disaster it turned out to be. I never received the correct confirmation number. They initially gave me a wrong one, and I had to chase them for almost a week just to get it fixed.
On my check-in day at 8 PM, after endless back-and-forth, they finally gave me a new confirmation number. Completely unacceptable! Wego clearly works with third-rate suppliers and their customer service is nonexistent. No one helps you unless you repeatedly explain your problem, and even then, it’s a slow, frustrating process.
Booking through Wego is a waste of time, money, and energy. I will never use them again, and I strongly warn everyone to stay far away from this unreliable platform.

I want to show my appreciation to Abdallah for helping me to cancel my hotel booking. He has been friendly and professional. However, improvements are needed to the phone app because I cancelled the booking on 3 Sep and the app showed cancellation in progress and takes 10 days and there is no email confirmation. Lucky I remembered and manage to contact chat where Abdallah confirmed the cancellation via mobile app did not go through.
