“I booked a flight with wego, and at the time of booking, it was mentioned that the cancellation fee would be 750 riyals. However, when I tried to cancel later due to personal reasons, customer service informed me that the ticket couldn’t be canceled, and no refund would be provided. On top of that, the customer service representatives were also quite rude and unhelpful when I asked for clarification. This overall experience reflects very poor service, and I wouldn’t recommend booking through wego.The rates shown initially differ from what you end up paying, and the service quality is subpar. I strongly advise against using this app for flight bookings.”
booked two rooms on Wego with a clearly written request for the rooms to be next to each other. The hotel informed me upon arrival that they cannot meet this request, and directed me back to Wego for compensation. However, Wego refused any assistance, even though the issue affected the comfort and purpose of my stay.
I am only asking for a partial compensation (one night) for the inconvenience. I hope the Resolution Team can help.

I’ve had a very bad experience with Wego and their customer support regarding my refund. I booked a FitsAir flight, and due to the airline’s schedule change, I requested a refund. The airline advised me to contact Wego since the booking was made through them.
It has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. Wego’s customer support keeps giving conflicting information—first they said the airline didn’t respond, while the airline confirmed that no request was submitted by Wego. I was initially told it would take 15 working days, and now they are saying it may take up to 90 days. This is extremely disappointing and far below expectations.
I hope Wego processes my refund as soon as possible.
I am submitting this review due to a critical system failure and severe lack of disclosure that resulted in a substantial financial loss.
The Issue: I booked on Wego.pk and selected billing in PKR (local currency). The confirmed checkout amount was PKR 558,248.40. My bank statement shows the final charge was PKR 612,941, an overcharge of PKR 54,687.58.
Wego's Operational Failure: Wego support confirmed that their intended local payment gateway was non-functional at the time of my transaction. As a result, the payment was automatically and silently routed through an international processor (Checkout).
The Financial Damage: This unannounced switch meant my local PKR credit card was treated as a foreign transaction, resulting in mandated charges for:

These charges are a direct result of Wego's operational failure and failure to disclose the change in payment processing. Selecting PKR on Wego.pk should guarantee local billing.
Resolution Status: My initial formal complaint (Booking ID: [Insert Your Booking ID]) has been ignored or dismissed with generic responses that fail to address the core issue of improper routing.
Required Action: I demand immediate compensation for the full PKR 54,687.58 overcharge and require contact from a Wego Management Representative to resolve this matter. This failure violates the basic principle of transparent online commerce.
Its advertising as misleading uk website, when they are not in uk. Charge people card processing fees around £38/ gbp, which is against U.K. law. Rather pay to U.K. registered firms where you flight is protected by uk airline authority and tax goes to uk government. Svoid these Indian/Pakistani Scammers based in U.A.E fooling people.
I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with customer service. They continuously promise updates and responses, but they don't follow through or address the actual issue at hand. It's been a complete lack of attention to the problem. To make matters worse, I paid luggage fees that I never even used. If Wego's customer service had informed me earlier, my payment wouldn't have gone to waste.

I booked a hotel in Dubai through Wego (Reservation ID: WH253115523) and my Visa card was successfully charged, but later Wego cancelled the booking without informing me properly. When I arrived at the hotel, I was denied entry and faced unnecessary stress and costs.
Their WhatsApp support promised a refund within 7 days, but as of now, I still haven’t received my money.
This is completely unfair and unacceptable. Customers trust Wego to handle payments and bookings responsibly, but I was left stranded and out of pocket.
I strongly warn anyone considering Wego — be very careful.
