Incredibly fast and kind service!

I've ordered twice from hustle, goods received days within days of purchase and items as described. I wanted to ask something about the product before purchase and they replied quite promptly. I will be ordering from them again.

Don't do it. Run a mile. Find somewhere else to invest your hard earned for a treat. Ordered and paid for goods. Have received NOTHING and they will not help. No tracking, no refunds. Nothing. What a rort and very little after sales support/service. £63 down the gurgler.

Order turns up late, terrible quality items, seemingly knock-offs. The t-shirts are clearly printed on generic garments, just like the ones you get when you print your own t-shirt online. They were supposed to be Nipsey Hustle Crenshaw, but come with a Gildan sewn-in label. It looks like they're printing these to order, using the cheapest quality t-shirts then wrapped in cheap cellophane bags.

Who do they think they're fooling?

Oh, and one item is the wrong t-shirt, and there is no return label.

How is it possible to run a company this badly?

I've been hustled.

I have orderd 2 hoodies in september its nearly 2 months later and i still havent recived anything, they told me that the hoodies have arrived but they are nowhere to be found. They don't provide tracking unless u pay them extra whitch is weird at its own and should be a first red flag. I've been told that "Poland is always very tricky with international deliveries" but i havent had 1 international delivery problem except that one. It's obvious that they are scamers and propably send only some of the orders to the clients.

Selling fake brand clothing with very poor quality won't recommend this shop in anyways

Don't order from this company. I have asked for a refund on my order for the past 2 weeks now and received excuse after excuse. Systems down, no note in order, you name it! Having to go through Paypal now for my money back. SCAM.

Don't pay attention to the bad reviews! I was a bit sceptical buying from wehustle.co.uk after reading some of the reviews on here. They were the only place I could find a certain brand of joggers for my niece. I chose to ignore the bad reviews and i'm glad I did. I just received the item today, 7 days after ordering it. Not only do they sell hard to find items, their service (especially during the current climate) was top notch. Would definitely recommend.

I help run a small business myself so I understand the difficulty in providing a good service to all customers, it’s tough! The people that leave bad reviews especially in these times are a***holes! Feel for you guys at hustle, anyways I’m all for supporting small businesses an I’m more than happy with my purchase. Thanks for the free wax melt smells amazing by the way! Keep up the good work an don’t let the bas****s get you down 🙂

I have tried to email three times about the location of my order as the tracking details I was given are invalid. My order number is 18361056 - please follow up or refund me.

Worst customer service ever
Do not buy from this company. Worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered a hoodie - which took a month to arrive, but okay. When I opened the package the size was wrong, not the size I had ordered.

I contacted the company and after days of exchanging emails we agreed that I could send it back and get a full refund - which would also cover the shipping cost back to their shop. I sent it back and the refund I got covered only the price of the hoodie, not the postage I had to pay for because of their mistake.

They are unprofessional and liars. Also the hoodie was not like in the pictures - it looked as if it had already been worn by someone, didn't carry any price tag or anything and it just had a very bad quality for a $50 hoodie. Would have returned it even if they had sent the right size.

Made my order on the 29th of april, Said it would be 5-7 working days. 2 weeks go on and i still haven't received my parcel, i emailed in, spoke to lady named natasha, she was helpful, first reply was pretty quick.

Week goes on still no parcel, emailed back in, the reply took about a week, but i must say, she took actions in to her own hands and Resent the same top herself which came through today (30th may which actually took 4 days from when she responded to me letting me know what has happened) Even though id say that is not good service in time wise, I'm happy with the fact i was kept in contact and received the product.

However must i say, even though the print is nice and it feels pretty original if you ask me, they use poor fitting tops...

If any of you know this brand of tops, but they use GILDAN tops, which the material is nice, but the fitting of them, personally to me are very poor and i dont like how they look. But i think the print makes it a reasonably reason to still wear it! 👍🏼

My gym also used to sell GILDAN tops with there prints on it for £4.99, and i paid £12.99 not including postage.

Ordered item and it wasn't as described and the stated quality, asked for a return or exchange and no response.

The order took 3-4 weeks to ship, because the probably print the clothes themselves. They have such poor quality that they look like a clumsy child made them. It's a rip off!

I ordered a hat from wehustle in April and it still hadn't arrived in May!! Lots of emails back and forth with Natasha. Although I was very unhappy at the time being taken, Natasha was helpful all the time and when I finally got my hat, she put in an extra hat to compensate! What an angel. Thank you wehustle, without the pandemic I'm sure things will get easier.

When I ordered my hoodie ( xxl) it said it would be delivered in 3-5days. After exchanging multiple emails with Natasha ( customer service) I finally received my hoodie after 5weeks only realising they’ve sent me wrong size. This company is useless. Do not order anything

I have recently purchased three t shirts from here and I'm really impressed with the quality of items. I have already placed my next order.
