They are selling same copies of books to many buyers. I have ordered some books in December and in that same order I had also one pre-ordered book. I understood that I had to wait until March so they could send all books at once. When that pre-ordered book had its launching day I thought they are finally sending my books. I was wrong. One of those already paid limited edition books had been sold out so they had sold my paid copy to someone else while I waited my pre-order. It has been almost two months since pre-order launch day and my order is still pending. I do not recommend welbooks at all.

Bought a signed book online on January the 31st.
The parcel was shipped the same day, and received after a few days here in Denmark in perfect condition.

Damaged items and bad customer service
I bought the book"The Cosmic Dance" by Steohen Ellcock signed and I get a vewry damaged item with thre bumped corners. I complain about the product and I didn´t get any answer. I bought it again and it was the same problems, two of the corners totally bumped and damaged. I bought the book for the 3rfd time in Amazon and the book arrived in perfect shape. The packagning of books at West End Lane Books it´s really horrible and unprofessional, as is the customer service also.
