Called in to welch mill and was greeted by a guy called mick who looked after us really well, very easy to get on with and made it an enjoyable experience to pick our floorings for the whole house, from start to the finish the whole thing was expertly done, would definitely recommend Welch Mill Carpets to anyone.

Carpet fitter came at the arranged time, done a great job and very polite.
Mick was a great help at finding our perfect carpet and gave great advice.

Fitters arrived at specified time and carried out fitting.
Carpet fit was good and fitter advised that should there be any need for adjustment after some settling to contact Welch Mill for them to send fitter to remedy situation.
Unfortunately, fitters did not mention before leaving that there was an issue with the closure of door to the room. When closing/opening door this requires some effort due to very tight fit. Also when doing so it leaves a clear marking on the carpet. To remedy situation will now need to have door bottom raised at additional cost.

Had carpet fitted in my loft and stairs perfectly fitted really happy with it and Nick was very helpful when we went to choose the carpet

First class service, from Carl who did the measuring, Mick,who helped in the warehouse- pointing out the carpets best for me - removed the old carpets - arranged fitting to fit in with the decorators. Steve did a perfect job with the fitting.

Just had carpets and LVT fitted in our house. The salesman was very helpful. We saved a small fortune compared to other quotes. And the fitters were very tidy and professional.
