I booked an appointment for myself and my husband for 12 noon today, 29 Sept 2023 at the Keyworth, Nottingham branch. On arrival we were told that despite having an appointment, they don’t take appointments on Fridays and to come back next week.
What? I booked and paid for that time slot. There was no apology as apparently it was my fault for booking a Friday! No refund offered either. Of course I am going to complain but the only number on the booking confirmation is that branch number. Why woukd I want to speak to that individual again??
Totally disgusting lack of customer service and will never return.

The Well Pharmacy in Keyworth provides one of the least favourable services for delivery of prescriptions! Constantly not sending texts and delivering or sending texts and not delivering. Have changed pharmacy and definitely do NOT recommend Well. Now I've been advised that they have taken me off home delivery of prescriptions. Laughable!
