I feel amazing!!
I have been on soooooo many "Diets" and products.
Many of them would give me negative symptoms such as overactive kidneys or IBS flare ups or even worse, Constipation that made me feel like I threw out my back or passing a kidney stone.
This product had me on the fence for a while. I didn't want to "waste" more money. But I took a chance.
I have HOSHIMOTOS THYDROIDITIS. It make being healthy an uphill battle so steep you just feel like sliding down the hill instead of trying again and again.
I am very health conscience and prefer to only use holistic remedies over Rx. So I broke down and placed my order. I received my bottles on December 9, 2024. I took 2 capsules and weighed myself. though it was in the afternoon, I still did it. start weight was 225#.

Although this is only my first week On Wellaray, I bought a 3 month supply, I feel Just amazing. We'll see where I am end of February, 2025. I have 110# to loose by Summer as my personal health goal.

Just be careful when ordering, at first I didn't know if my order went through as I kept receiving messages to finish my order but the payment was pending in my bank so I got in contact with them and asked if they got my order and lucky had a quick response and tracking number was then sent and received my order today took 2 weeks hope it works.

TERRIBLE - they got my order wrong
They got my delivery address wrong, refused to apologies then just told me that I could chase up the courier.
When I chased up the courier I was asked for an additional $72 to follow up the order. WHAT a JOKE!

I ordered my product November 15th, November 19th it says that it’s cleared customs. However, it has no further updates and I still haven’t received it, and it’s now December 8th. It originally said that it can take 17 days, but we are now beyond that time frame.

A stressful experience!
Ordered 15th November 2024.
No apparent order confirmation email and getting 3 payments of $81.72 $126.32 and $85.51 taken from my account, when I was expecting one order costing $75, made me panic, cancel my card and assume id been scammed.
I've only just found the order confirmation in my junk emails. I've never done an online order and have it go to my junk box (very relieved that it might actually not be a scam and I may actually receive something).
However, I ordered 3 bottles and when I finally found the order confirmation , discovered I'd been charged for 6 , the site also said I could order detox tea for discounted price $(25) but actually got charged full rate ($75).
I didn't realise at the time of ordering either that it was in USD . I assume that ads on my FB are converted to my country's $, or have the country's $ indicated when you go in to the ordering section , most I've dealt with do , however I'll own that's my mistake for not using due diligence there .
It's says that the product is on the way according to the tracking information. I sincerely hope it is.
I hope the product is worth the debacle of ordering (if/when it gets here) and I also hope that the company will show some integrity and address the over charging for the tea and sending / charging for twice the amount of pills I ordered . I have emailed them in regards to this and await a reply . I'm feeling dubious though after reading the reviews on here due to seeing a few others have had the same issue.
Wellaray I recommend you conduct a review on your customer service around
-getting your advertising correct (if you say I'll get a discount then honour it)
- getting your ordering correct ( dont double a person's order without consultation or consent and then surprise charge them for it when they receive the order confirmation).
As I said, I hope the product is worth all the stress of ordering , however , even if it is good I don't think I'll be willing to re order and put myself through this again ....
