Wellbury had the product I wanted at a fair price and the service on my one item phone order was exemplary (Thanks, Lee!). What more could I say?

Rang sales and a very helpful lady placed the order for me and told me delivery would be on Thursday and it was, so very pleased and would certainly but from them again.

Very prompt delivery following my order online. No problems with first order so very happy with the service.

I have been shopping on Wellbury for some time now. They always deliver great customer service, the items are reasonable prices, and prompt delivery.

At least company stocked the product I wanted and price was good but proportionately with added P&P unit cost increased more than needed.
Reliable delivery; reasonable packaging.

I ordered Frador (very hard to find) from Wellbury. It was delivered in 2 working days (I selected second class) and was absolutely perfect. I thoroughly recommend Wellbury and I will be using them again. Well done.

Best price on the internet although worth buying more than one item to justify postage. Good delivery. Would use again.

As you can probably gather from above I ordered last Monday Jan 26th and today sat 31st nothing has arrived,on Monday I plan to go to one of the local chemists (either Boots or LLoyds) as this is urgent,I don't expect miracles but thought it may have arrived by now.

Ordered the Petal Fresh Botanicals Facial Scrub Aloe & Apricot 200ml for a nice price.
Only a couple days to receive the product in very good condition in the Netherlands.

No problems at all with the order. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Would use the company again.

Class Royal Mail /I ordered chocolate/ , expecting delivery by 1/17/2015 .
Unfortunately , the package was delivered on 1/20/2015 - three days
later.

Excellent Service, Lee the person I spoke to was exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to source the product I was looking for, Calypso Natural Belle Sponges in peach to go with my bathroom colour scheme. These sponges usually only come pre boxed in assorted mixed colours but Lee and/or his colleagues took the time to go through the boxes and take out only the ones in PEACH for me. Well done, excellent customer service.
2nd class delivery was very prompt too, well packaged. I shall definitely use this company again.
