Misleading website booking process; zero customer service
No customer support. Email address is the only point of contact. No response to repeated emails.
We booked 3 tickets for Wellfest to bring our son who has special needs. There was no indication that he could not attend - as he is 16 years old - at time of booking but subsequently picked that up in the FAQs. We emailed the company twice before the event to cancel but received no response.
