Due to my poor hearing I found it difficult to understand what the lady was saying. I see now that being a new customer I should have been offered the item I ordered at a little lower price.

I ordered the biomedical bracelet from wellform direct on the 4th of March I haven't received it I phoned customer services and they had the audacity to say they could not find my order even with my postcode they took the money out of my account for (£29-98) and no order all I want is my money back so shoppers beware avoid the company at all costs

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering! Bought some fruit trees from them!! Website has them as growing up to 2m. When they arrived looked at the EU Plant Passport tags and it says that the plants can grow up to 4m. The plants were for a small garden so not suitable! They ignored my reference to consumer protection law and insisted on their return, I would then be responsible for there postal costs and mine for the return, that is more than half the cost of the product, and no with no acceptance of my points of law there would be no guarantee of monies being refunded!

I ordered from a mailing magazine (paid by credit card).
Once ordered I received a very inadequate invoice that told me how much I had paid and the product ordered. After a few days I emailed to find out a delivery address and was told the product was out of stock and would not be back in for nearly 2 months. I have given 1 star because they did respond immediately and I did get my refund straight away.

Order came after a long time.paid £4.99 delivery Product which was for Arthritis Gloves.The Product was a very poor quality for the price of £14.99 would not last more than a Two Weeks
Have Returned Product for £1.95 First Class so they are Ripping People off with Postage.Bet it will take a longtime getting refund

This is the first review I have done but the Product is Rubbish

Complete Rogues take your money then pass your bank details on other companies
They took £1:99 out of my account and thought I would not notice but luckily I did others who did not notice have had £89 to £100 taken out following the £1:99
Payment always check your bank withdraws every day use Pay Pall or Amazon and you will be all right
Never put your card details on the internet lesson learned

It's now a month and numerous unanswered emails .
Frustrating scam of a company..avoid avoid........

Moved to a new address and received mailings unsolicited from this company. All rubbish stuff for the elderly or infirm. I'm guessing they duped the previous occupant now deceased into buying something and then sent out brochures ever since. Have repeatedly told them to stop to no effect. They have a number of different trading names, Easylife, Wellform etc. Some of the directors are listed on a huge number of other direct marketing businesses at this address. It seems to be an industrial scale direct marketing business preying on the elderly and infirm.

When I saw the address, I immediately decided not to order. No matter what trading name is used for DRMG House, Cremers Road, Sittingbourne they appear to be useless.

After making a simple telephone order, I have been charged £89:99 subscription charge. As I am a pensioner and on a small budget, I would never knowingly agree to subscribe to this company. The nation is suffering with increasing costs of living, so how can this company heardheartedly, subject £89:99 subscription fee onto a pensioner and have no conscience? Please be WARNED and

What a pleasure it was to speak to a customer service agent (Rhona) who answered the phone fast was very polite and dealt with my slight problem straight away,
I have been using ProstaPhytol serum for quite sometime which really does work. I was sent out my order in tablet form by mistake. I was told to send the order back and would be replaced with the serum.which in a matter of days it was and my postage several days later. Thankyou Wellform customer service.

I regret ordering from this company, and would advise others not to.
Having ordered an item Size Medium, I received an order acknowledgment for size Medium but when the product eventually arrived it was Size Large and therefore of no use to me. Raising this simple error with Wellform Customer Services I was told that the order was indeed for Size Large, and that must return the goods and if the error was theirs, they would process either an exchange or a refund, and I may be able to claim the return costs. They refused to forward what I had actually ordered until they received the incorrect item back, when they would investigate my claim.
If it was possible to give zero stars, I would do so.
Unfortunately I do not trust them to give me any satisfaction at all.

We purchased garden tools from Wellform Direct, the products are good values and service is excellent.

I have just received the prostaphytol capsules very promptly but would it be possible for you to put the information in english, I myself know what to take but an elderly person may not

Rubbish company, I ordered insoles which never arrived, company is impossible to contact their customer complaints page just freezes when I try to send. Complete con artists and should be avoided at all costs!

I have been conned out of £17.99. I ordered vital socks and twice they said they posted them. Then they said they would send me a claim form, once again I have not received it even though they said they had sent it twice.

Having seen a advert in tv choice, for the gold razor.
This razor is absolute rubbish.
My wife bought this a Christmas present for me. PLEASE BEWARE shaving with this is like pulling broken glass over your skin.
This is not what I call value for money

A few months ago I ordered some slimming patches, when I opened the sealed packs , the patches had been taken off the backing paper, I did complain and send them back, they refunded me my money back and the postage with no reason how it had happened.
Bought some slimming pills money back if they dont work am trying to contact them.

I bought a pair of the magnification glasses advertised in the Sun, they are not what I expected, I did get another pair free and a pair of sunglasses, the glasses didn't fit over my prescription glasses so could not read nothing, also my mistake I thought they would were like JML but these are battery not USB. Won't be using this company again, these are just cheap copies of JML.
