First Hotub had a deformation in the acrylic and was replaced.
Second hottub lasted 2 years and had major leaks. Chemicals all in balance but Wellis said chlorine had caused the corrosion of the seals. The same chlorine they provide and the levels measured every week.
I would not spend a penny further with this company, £5000! I should have got a lazy spa instead if I wanted a throw away product.

Looks like a previous review was removed. I think I know why. The reply to my message told me that Wellis spends 10 days installing swim spas, including a site visit. Our experience was very different.
We bought a swim spa and hot tub. Costing around £40k. The installers expected to do this in 5 hours. Not 10 days. It’s never worked properly as long as we’ve had it. I had to get out another company to fix some of the items that weren’t installed properly.
We’ve had them for 2 years, never ending problems. The swim spa is already falling apart. It’s unusable for long stretches in between repairs. Often when the workers come out they don’t have the parts or tools required.
Needless to say 5 hours isn’t long enough to install a swim spa and hot tub so we had to put the workers up for the night. We run a b&b so the company agreed to pay for a night but they never did despite numerous reminders.
They are just sales people, they just say yes to anything even if it’s not possible. It’s difficult to get anyone to fix anything, so don’t rely on your warranty.
Unless your looking for a money pit I’d probably look else where.
I’m still under warranty but the dealer is ignoring my messages. I think it could well be illegal for them to operate like this. Can a company just refuse to honour warranties.
-Edit, this is the second time I've left this review, the last was removed. The last time was the first review so it wasn't a duplicate. It was a legit review. I think it was because your reply to my review made Wellis look bad. The reply said that a swim spa installation requires a 10 day site visit which we didn't get. We got the budget service but at full price. Actually it cost me £200 which is what Wellis is due me for providing accommodation to their workers. This was not arranged or even asked for in advance. We agreed on this number but big surprise when I asked for payment, I got ghosted again.
You've had multiple opportunities to help us but you're clearly not interested. You shouldn't install hot tubs/ swim spas in areas you don't want to come out to. We've been trying to get you out for months so how will an error reporting link make a difference? I'll do it but I won't hold my breath.
Are you telling me you won't honour the warranty unless it comes via that link? We've texted, phoned and emailed with different people from Wellis. They're usually helpful until they figure out that they would have to come out to the site. After which they start ghosting us. None of them mentioned this magic link.
I've basically been taken for 40k and Wellis isn't interested in the slightest.
Anything short of one of your workers coming out and fixing it is unacceptable. It's still under warranty so we are legally entitled to this service. The fact is you never follow through and this is frankly shocking to me. I think you're trying to ghost us and make things difficult until the warranty has expired after which time we'll never hear from you again. Typical sales company that over promises and under delivers.

Fittings in our Rio Grand started rusting from shortly after installation. Wellis have failed to provide replacements for 18 months in breach of their warranty commitments. No acknowledgement that I have had to fight for anything to happen and frankly can't stand going near it the amount of stress they have caused even if it does finally get fixed.
Updated: completed the online form within a day of Wellis posting their response but, surprise surprise, no contact made two months later. They are just trying to pretend they have a customer service function when they clearly do anything but.
* Update: got a response from Wellis and followed their guidance to use the contact form but no-one from Wellis ever contacted me. Remain convinced by the worthlessness of the warranty

We have had nothing but praise for your sales staff , surveyors and the installation team.
All very professional and diligent. Sales team are informative with out coming across as pushy or overbearing nothing was too much trouble, spending nearly 2 hours giving us the best item for our budget and needs.
Surveyor was again knowledgeable and professional and explaining exactly how our tub wound be manoeuvred into position with minimal disruption. Installation was faultless and not rushed. Again knowledgeable staff explaining chemical procedures in a way we could understand with a chemistry lesson.
After sales calls and communications, again are informative and not pushy.
Thoroughly recommend this company to any body who is going to buy a hot tub.

Nice hot tub. I only have one pump model and think the two pump would have been better BUT more expensive to run. Our modem broke on it within the first year but got replaced for free. Have enjoyed this model, looks good and still works without any problems.

Really bad after sales service. Called on numerous occasions asking for some product info and never had a call back.
The hot tub we bought is nice but we weren’t told how long it actually takes to fill it and an additional 10 hours to heat.. not good for our airbnb! We were told 3-4 hours! The little clips to hold the lid on are super flimsy and have broken twice now. They charge £23 for each one as a replacement. My recommendation is to look for another company before buying from these guys.

A small leak was discovered post installation. The repair kit sent by Wellis was ultimately not needed as the epoxy around the screws used to secure the basket filters was “identified” as the problem. Additionally, the cover arm brackets are plastic and one has already cracked. Please advise a remedy.

The actual product is fantastic but the after care service through Wellis and the supplier they use is awful. Emails are ignored and they just don’t respond. Would recommend the product but not the company unfortunately.

Bought our Wellis Spa "Malaga" 2 years ago and received a professional delivery. Everything worked perfect but two months after the delivery all water was gone in the Spa, water pump leakage. We received a full service guarantee within a week and have enjoyed our Spa winter and summer very much every day after without any problems. Wellis is a great product made by a professional supplier.
