My pattern Master Ruler and Grading Ruler arrived yesterday. They arrived in perfect condition and just as described. Although it wasn't instant gratification, as my grandmother used to say...if it's worth having, it's worth waiting for. Glad I waited to get the quality I got instead of jumping at the cheaper flimsier version which might have come overnight

Exceptional service from Ivy. I placed a small order for just a few pounds, then unsure that it would meet my requirements, I rang Ivy who advised me to change to an alternative product that would better suit my needs. The item arrived the next morning, and she even included a free sample of another product to try.
How often do you get service like that? Extremely helpful, prompt and efficient, and justly deserving of 5 Stars!

Superb service, I needed a new zip slider for my fleece, although a YKK I couldn't find one of the correct size. I contacted Well Made Tools who listed the correct size number but unfortunately was the too small, Ivy emailed me a postage paid label and the sent an alternative but still wasn't correct, again I returned these and another alternative was sent but unfortunately still wasn't correct At this point we decided my best option was to have the zip replaced

The product was ordered easily and arrived quickly, but the quality was disappointing for the price. The lamp was made of plastic looking like metal. The lamp works alright, but is much less solid than expected.
