I outlined the problem I had with my light up sphere. It had to be in a charging port or it would not light up. Not practical/nor normal. Their excuses were not valid and they were rather condescending. I asked for a full refund as they touted Satisfaction Guaranteed.
I was offered 10%. I did not accept that and I am done dealing with the aggravation. Please don't buy their products.

Order was placed on December 5, 2025. Still have not received item.

Shipped from China on December 12 - Arrived in New York on December 13
Shipped To Perth Amboy,New Jersey on Dec. 14.
Last communication was December 28 item was in Carteret, New Jersey. Still have not received and I live in Pennsylvania!

This website is a joke. They sent a defective/broken product. Their website and insurance third party state that refunds and replacements are covered and/or available for all product issues at fault to them. I contacted them on December 30th asking for a replacement as the product was completely defective. They asked for proof and I quickly replied providing a 4 minute video of the product being completely broken. They replied and asked me to send them money for shipping. When I shared that I would not be doing that as their website states they are fully responsible, they wrote back and told me it costs a lot of money for shipping so continued to ask me for partial shipping cost for only parts to be sent, not a full replacement of the product. I continued to say no and then shared my frustration with the experience and asked for a refund at that point. They then tried to barter continued payment for shipping. I again asked for a refund and sent screenshots of their insurance coverage and websites. They then said they’d send me a replacement of parts. I asked for a refund again. They told me they’d send me $10. I sent screenshots of the covered cost and asked for a refund again. No resolution and no refund as of this point. Again, communication and attempts for support started on December 30th. It is now end of day January 3rd and they are still attempting to barter my refund. I have received nothing except a broken product and stress from this terrible AWFUL experience. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!

Item ordered and never received. Company claimed item lost in transit and assured me of expedited delivery of a replacement. Nothing received.

Straight outta China. Long wait for product. Received shipping update nearly 20 days after ordering. Will update when product is received.

DON'T ORDER FROM WELOVEBALLGAME!!! I ordered a Christmas gift from weloveballgame on December 7th. it's December 26th and I still don't have it. Supposedly was to arrive by December 19th. I paid extra for expedite delivery which is a scam! I paid for package insurance another scam! this company is a FRAUD!
