For the future, we also offer Smart Refill, our subscription option that automatically schedules your next orders in advance. It allows us to reserve your lenses with the manufacturer ahead of time so they’re ready to ship when you need them, helping avoid waits like this and keeping your supply seamless.

Solutions Based Company!
My original order was delayed due to lots of factors, holiday timing, shipping and untlimately suppliers wer out of stock.
Kamil Ostolski helped me and he was the best. He emailed me back promptly with realistic expectations and gave me so many solutions to my issue.
In the end we came to the conclusion that cancelling my contacts and ordering a different brand would be the quickest way forward (i needed my contacts asap - for obvious reasons). Those lenses came quickly and efficiently.
Even though my original order wasn't the smoothest, the way the team handled it was super cool, they fixed the issue and the 2nd go was seamless and it made me want to order from them again :)
To add, I had ordered from them prior to the above incident and it went super smooth. So I think the supplier issue was a very rare occurrence! 10/10
