Purchased a product for my daughter's…
Purchased a product for my daughter's birthday with 10 days advance. they say it will be sent in 5 days. I've got a link for the swiss post , and it doesn't update nothing for 11 days. It say they will send it soon, that's it. I send 3 mails to them no answer. Come on, what service is this??
