Very quick and easy to deal with.
Bought an ex-demo TD50K.
Dispatched same day and arrived the next. Very quick and easy service very well packaged.
Some wear and tear as expected, although there was a split in the kick drum mesh head that meant it needed replacing. More pictures/description of the actual kit that was being sold would have been helpful for second hand/ex-demo items.

I purchased a Fender Mustang Amp…
I purchased a Fender Mustang Amp recently.
Sales rep gave me a lead and plug as he said the one Fender pack is usually an EU plug…he was right.
They also carried the amp down the stairs to the car.

Don't ask for delivery
I bought a digital piano. Knowing that I wouldn't be able to collect it and bring it home, I looked for a place that provided it. I still don't understand why this option is available. After different phone calls saying that it would be delayed, then delayed again because it was not fitting in the vehicle (only 30 minutes before the delivery time), I call again, have to wait another 30 minutes for them to find a solution (for something they sold on the website!). The day after my piano arrives, only one man is there and this is clearly more than a one person job. Thankfully one of my neighbors helped.
I did not mention yet all the comments and complaints about the fact that I asked (paid for!) delivery.
The piano is great though.
