Oasis sounded as if all the sounds were just thrown up in the air and I was hearing them in the wrong order. I saw Coldplay there also bad sound quality. It’s not good enough Sound check, really... See more

Inadequate security and poor sound
Awful security!
Not one bag was searched while I was queuing to enter the stadium.
The metal detector went off twice for the person infront of me and they just waved them through, no additional search, no search of their bag.
Also, sound was terrible.
The sound was terrible
Went to see linkin park Saturday 28th of June. The sound was inaudible. Four stacks in the center that were positioned so you got sound from the front and back coming at you which gave the sound a delay effect. We couldn't understand a word being said. At nearly £150 a ticket it's not good enough.
Linkin Park - Couldn't Hear A F**King Thing!!!
Went to the Linkin Park concert on Saturday 28th June and was really looking forward to it. We came last year, on the same weekend, to Green Day, and it was an amazing night - this time it was so very different.
To say it was awful is an understatement - the audio was unintelligible. For some reason the audio was coming from four stacks in the back of the auditorium and was aimed below us. I'm not sure if this is a thing, but the hanging array's above us were not being used - that could be a venue thing or a tour thing.
It was so hard to follow the songs - for each one we eventually could guess what they were and sing along... After we realised that there was an issue we just tried to enjoy as much as we could.
When they spoke to the crowd, we could not understand ANYTHING!! It was just a muffled noise coming out of their mouths..
And the Video Lag was annoying - there was about a couple of millisecond delay from them singing the words (that we could hardly make out) to their mouths reacting on the screens..
As I said at the beginning Green Day last year was effing amazing, did not notice anything wrong during that concert.
For this concert, audio and visual, nothing seemed to go right.
We were sitting in Block 509, row 3, seats 248 & 249...
Avoid the Smart Bar on Level 5
Avoid the Smart Bar on Level 5. I wish I had read the reviews before using but absolute scam. Tapped card, purchased two wines, a cider and a lager and charged £63.19 which is double what should have been charged. No way to find out at point of sale as the amount isn't charged to the card until after the event, no receipt. No evidence means can't dispute with the Credit Card Company. Technology is great when it works but when used to blatantly rip people off when the bar prices are already ridiculous is beyond poor.
Stadium facilities good, poor monitoring
Stadium facilities good, organised exit needs work please took 45 mins to get to the station and seeing people going under security barricades to push up the stand still queue and no one did anything! I got out of Tottenham stadium a week earlier in a much organised fashion to the train station. Same monitoring inside by seating area staff they don’t check tickets and a couple were sitting in lower seats than paid for to sit with friends and got moved 4 times by people who bought those seats until the show started and noticed it was a sold out show and saw them walk up to the gods to their ACTUAL seat. With ticket prices crazy enough more policing of people sitting in their paid seat is vital it’s unfair when they paid less.

If you have special dietary requirements make sure that you contact the stadiums well in advance. We didn’t and had our food confiscated. Locked in the disabled access area until we agreed to bin the food. No consideration given that none of the food available inside would be suitable. The attitude of staff was very poor. I tried contacting the in-house team but they were useless.

We went as a family to do the tour the day after a England Football Match.
Excellent tour guide who was more than happy to answer all of our questions.
The Gold Hospitality DISAPPOINTING
The Gold Hospitality package was very disappointing. The seats were fantastic but other than that not worth the money. Underwhelming welcome in the 'lounge' which was really just a large room with empty tables, felt like id arrived early to a work conference!! Other than the England shirts on the other fans we felt like we'd stumbled into the wrong room. Absolutely no atmosphere, no background music or football related anything on the many tv screens. Some of the staff were friendly when approached but generally it was a 'no f***s given' attitude. To top it off, the pre-poured wine left out on the bar was a lovely warm temp so had to ask for ice.
So, so disappointing. I appreciate this was a basic package so was not expecting silver service but chilled wine, a friendly welcome and some game build up is not too much to ask.
The food was tasty enough but basic and limited in choice.
Not worth the money and not even seperate toilets to use, still had to queue at the main facilities. Will save my money and soak up some proper atmosphere at Box Park next time. Wembley.....do better!!!!
National embarrassment
The national stadium has gone so far down hill it's fell off a cliff! The catering contractor needs to be replaced immediately
The food is completely inedible the staff our basically a bunch of kids with zero customer service experience and the beer is out of a can and yet your charged premium prices
It never used to be this bad it's a national embarrassment food courts outside stadium offer much better quality
L01 bald guy was horrendous
L01 bald guy was horrendous, no help, very rude, asked for badge I'd to complain, refused and pushed us away, this outside of stadium, disgrace to the fab stadium, need reporting, could have caused a large scene ,
Patricia at Wembley fanatics store
We didn’t go into the stadium, but on the off chance we went into the stadium store. Patricia was very helpful & so friendly. I got a magnet, that at that moment no one else I the world owns! She found one in the store room, found the price & run everything through the till. She says that we were a very happy mum & daughter and could see that we were very close. Loverly lady, Thankyou for the help!
Arrange a fully qualified accessible officer for arriving people with disabilities
Well where do I start. Arrived today with 3 large disability coaches for villa supporters. The coach parking staff which was very unhelpful. Had not got a clue what to do when faced with disability coaches. They told us to park at the side of other coaches. But when we tried to explain that we have 8ft lifts on side of vehicle's to unload passengers. They told us that's not there problem. So I refused to move coach causing a block. Until they got somebody with common sense. I highly recommend people with disabilities to be very careful when visiting Wembley as they have no respect. And staff are highly unqualified.
Not the best for wheelchair users
We've been to Wembley Stadium a few times and never had a problem, however this time my husband was in a wheelchair due to having an operation. We phoned through to buy our tickets weeks before the match, we double checked we had accessible seating as we didn't want any problems on arrival. We booked 1 wheelchair seat with 3 additional seats together so we can watch the match as a family. We arrived to find out we had been given 2 wheelchair spaces and 2 seats, obviously this wasn't helpful, after 40 mins of gping back and forth to customer service trying to sort it, we finally had some sort of solution. However 10 mins later we got told we were in the wrong seats. Our seats were in safe standing! This was impossible for us as my husband couldn't stand! The security were not helpful and said 'that's your seat, you either sit in it or leave'. Luckily we managed to get some seats after customer service helped us but it caused so much unnecessary stress. This place is not helpful for wheelchair users, they don't care about you. We were very disappointed.
At the Liverpool v Newcastle game in…
At the Liverpool v Newcastle game in the cup final, I entered the stadium. When I got to the seats on my ticket, other people arrived with the same seats. Then a guy came from Gate G who acted like he was in charge... an old man who should have retired years ago and made way for someone younger. When I tried to explain the situation, he wouldn't even listen and said he was going to call the police. In the end, he kicked me out of the stadium while the others stayed.
Lousy organization and completely incompetent security staff! How is this possible? Where is your stadium security and organization? You are a disgrace and don't deserve a single star. Shame on your organization, shame on the people you employ, shame on everything. You are zero!
England v Germany I think it’s unfair…
England v Germany I think it’s unfair when you have paid extra for tickets and the row in front is empty so people who have paid less think it’s ok to bring there family down when your trying to watch the match and sit in front of you so you cant see when they haven’t even paid for the seats then make people sat next to them move up so they can bring the rest of the family down. Stewards need to monitor this else what’s the point in buying expensive tickets to get a better seat if anyone can sit where they want!!!
Very nearly immposible to book disabled tickets
Just trying to book two tickets for disabled person & carer for the England v Germany womens friendly.
Kept waiting over an hour on the phone & they make it nearly impossible to book seats. Gave up & will never try again. Shame on you Wembly!!
Accessible line is discriminatory
Sadly Wembley Stadium has got their process for their accessible line so wrong that it makes those who have additional needs feel discriminated against due to having a disability. Sadly when attempting to get tickets to two recent events I have found their process of calling the accessible line stressful, exhausting and completely unfair and you have more chance of pulling a rabbit out of a hat. Firstly you have to call one phone line, which if you are lucky enough to get through puts you on hold. My experience of trying to get connected to this line was that the first occasion I called over 3000 times in 3 hours and on the second occasion called 116 times on the first day and then 566 times on the second day. Okay so you manage to get connected and get past the engaged tone or the "sorry your call cannot be connected" message. I then on a pre release date waited 7 hrs and 59 minutes on hold only to then be cut off !! Obviously you cannot call back the phone lines are closed by this time so its try again tomorrow. The following day after taking 29 minutes and 566 calls I get through and sit on hold this time for 4 hrs and 34 minutes before I cannot jam up my phone line any longer so decide to push 1 and hope that the option for a call back as was available the previous day is still there. It is and the machine takes my number. In all honesty I dont believe I will get a call back as I have no faith in their system and had I honestly believed this system would work I would have done the same yesterday but I am aware from social media on day two that people are still waiting for a call back from the previous day. So the call back comes just after 5 to tell me all accessible tickets for the event are sold out. I then have a discussion with the person on the phone about how the system is flawed my explanation of what happened the day before and the crazy long wait and she tells me that had I requested a call back I would have received that as I am today. I ask quite genuinely are you saying I have not managed to get tickets because I chose to sit on a line that I was given an option to that then kicked me out after 7 hrs and 59 minutes and that I would have got tickets had I pushed 1 straight away. She comments no but clearly has no answer for their faulty line that apparently does not like round numbers and boots lots of people when it hits an hour mark. I explain that this view is untrue as there are people on social media still waiting for a call back from the day before to which her response is to hang up ! Well done Wembley stadium not only have you made myself and likely hundreds of other fans feel the very real impact of their disabilities today but you also have managed to employ some staff members with appalling customer service. I can only hope that some of the big name acts stop using your venue and use the 02 so we are not continually subjected to this type of treatment.
Fantastic stadium inside for viewing…
Fantastic stadium inside for viewing and atmosphere including sound system. Impressive main walk way to stadium. Nightmare to get away from after major event. Poor infrastructure to and from. Poor finish and food / drink offerings inside.
Highway robbery at the bars
Be warned: the Amazon technology used at the ‘bar tap’ facilities is far from reliable. Yes you save time queueing but make sure you check your bank account after as the listed price of drinks may not match what they deduct from your card. As if the price of drinks there isn’t extortionate enough as it is! We were overcharged recently at the Springsteen concert and upon informing the management of a five quid overcharge ended up receiving got a stingy goodwill credit of a fiver! Imagine the thousands of customers who don’t bother checking their bank statements or complain and money that must be lining the coffers of this enterprise! Another example of rip-off Britain…

Disabled ticket line what's that been trying to get tickets for 40 mins called over 250 time can't get through made it to difficult for Disabled people to get tickets
