I’m very satisfied with the service I received by Werksta Drammen. They communicated the estimated time for the repair clearly and kept me updated on any delays along the way. All my inquiries were answered promptly and with detailed information. The car was returned to me clean and fully charged — I really appreciated the attention to detail.

So far, everything looks good, although it's hard to say whether any hidden issues might appear later, as I only picked up the car yesterday evening. But overall, excellent service throughout the entire process.

They first take your car to be fixed via the insurance company then they decide to go on a sympathy strike against tesla , and keep your car as hostage . They dont even have the decency to withdraw the claim so that i can fix it elsewhere as they dont withdraw the claim from the insurance company so my insurance company does not accept to have me fix it elsewhere either .. Its a company which is happy to hurt its customers and they do it without bothering .. never again
