Very nice experience with professional process

I lost my money, not recommended. Extremely disappointing service. I have been waiting since June approximately five months for my credential evaluation report to arrive at my home, and I still have not received it.

I have called repeatedly, only to hear the same response: “It’s on its way” and “You need to keep waiting.” I have followed their instructions regarding requests to confirm my mailing address, yet nothing has been resolved. Their contact form and chat also failed to work, even when I tried different browsers.

This delay has cost me employment opportunities because I do not have the documentation I need. I paid for a service and have spent months chasing answers without receiving a clear explanation, a confirmed delivery date, or an effective solution.

The lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend WES.

BAS EXPERIENCE> THEIR WEB SITE BUG -DEFFECT COSTS ME MY MONEY. I have paid for the service and I have uploaded documents. Then I noticed my status for application has not changed. It showed they still waiting on upload documents. I was ready to upload documents again, but once you have uploaded you do not have a button to upload it any more. I was sending messages and calling to get support. Support is pretty BAD, no one responses or response is very generic. I have decided to cancel my request becuase the web site is not operational and THEN they charged me for me to cancel! They refunded only a portion of my payment. THIS IS PRETTY BAD EXPIRINCE and BAD SERVICE. DO NOT USE IT or YOU LOOSE YOUR MONEY!

Definitely not recommend. Customer support was simply non-existent. They made a mistake on their end. They kept sending the same pre-written email, and eventually ghosted me. Don't go for this company for credential evaluations.

Very quick service. Got my result in a couple of days after payment and submission. I have a specialized degree and was worried whether your organisation will recognise it or not. Thanks WES!

My documents were sent to WES a little bit late. WES didn't deactive my account. Instead, when all my documents were received,WES started to review them immediately. My accessment was completed within a week. That's very efficient. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Thanks

Because you evaluated my documents as quickly as possible

I had a smooth experience probably because I already had a US report so getting Canadian report was quite easy. Aside this, WES is good place to do evaluation, they respond promptly to questions and are always available to guide someone. I'm very satisfied with WES

My experience with WES was a journey with both challenging and rewarding moments.

At the beginning of the process, I was a little frustrated because the processing of my academic transcript from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) was taking longer than expected. This made me somewhat anxious, as the evaluation was important for my graduate school applications. Consequently, I had to send several follow-up emails to both my university and WES to get updates and ensure that the process moved forward.

However, I am pleased that everything eventually went through successfully and my academic transcript was received and verified. This brought me great relief and happiness.

Overall, I appreciate the successful completion of my credential evaluation and the role WES played in helping me progress with my academic goals. I am currently waiting for admission decisions from the universities to which I applied, and I am hopeful that this evaluation will contribute positively to my educational journey.

I had a great experience with WES for a UK university course-by-course evaluation. The experience was far less painful than I thought it would be. I made the account, read the directions, paid the fee, and waited for WES to receive the transcript from the University. I think it took three weeks for them to receive it electronically, then maybe two or three days to do and release the evaluation. I'm so happy the entire process went smoothly.

It was very convenient, easy to use and modify, and very friendly-user. The delivery was also fast. I would definitely reco!

I have been trying to resolve an account-access issue with WES for approximately three months. Despite multiple contacts, I continue to receive the same generic password-reset instructions, and my problem remains unresolved.

I have a completed evaluation and an important deadline, yet I am still unable to access my account. The support provided has not addressed the specific issue I reported.

In addition, I have found it difficult to communicate with some customer service representatives because I could not clearly understand their English. This made an already stressful situation even more challenging. I often felt that my concerns were not fully understood, and I did not receive clear guidance on how to resolve the problem.

I would appreciate more individualized support, better follow-up on unresolved cases, and clearer communication with customers facing urgent deadlines.

Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and time-consuming.
